Just a so-so cleaners. Starched shirts never look crisp and "sharp", plus the hanging is always sloppy. We only use them because of location convenience.

I have 3 windows in my kitchen which are side by side. I took the custom made drapes for the middle window and dropped them off to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up the following week and hung them they were a full one foot shorter than the drapes on the other two windows. Since the price for cleaning this pair was $66.00 I hadn't intend to have the other two pair cleaned but with 12 inches difference in length I had to try something so I took the other two pair in to be cleaned. They came back approximately the same length as the first pair so instead of having floor length drapes I now have window sill length. At least I can still use them. I did tell them i would be sure and write to Angie's list.

I dropped clothes off to get hemmed and cleaned and was given a ticket noting both services on the pants and the cleaning service on the jacket with amount due noted on both tickets for services. I picked up the jacket, it had not been cleaned, there was still pet hair on the jacket and the sleeves were rolled up. They tried to tell me this was just lint and they tried to contact the owner and ask her if they should unroll the sleeves to clean it and she said no. As for the pants, I tried to pay for the hem and cleaning and they charged me $10 more than my ticket price stating that, "I should know that I couldn't get pants hemmed AND cleaned for that price. " This was the price given to me by her employee and printed on my ticket! I refused to pay another $10 over my ticket price, especially considering the jacket had not been cleaned either, so they refused to give me my clothing. Instead of admitting their error in their quote, even though I had a ticket stating both services clearly with a total due, they called the owner in who continued to call me "stupid" and refused to give me my clothing. The owner's excuse was that particular employee no longer works up in front with customer service, therefore I needed to pay what was charged to me at that time. I had to call the police in order to obtain my property from them. The owner then tore out the hem and collected the original amount due for the cleaning only. This occurred at the Golf Course Road location, however, she is the owner of all of the stores in the Albuquerque area. Due to her complete lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and poor job performance I would never recommend this cleaner!

I did not realize how good this business was until I moved across town and started using a different company. Some positive things about Indy's business model:

They refer to me by either first or last name (it's in the computer).
Usually no wait.
They are über polite and a couple times called me regarding an item needing special attention.
You pay upon picking-up the items, NOT prepay.
The turn around time is short.
Parking is convenient.

It went fine every time I have gone in there.

They did a very good job. I like their promptness like if they say that it is going to be ready then at that time it is going to be ready. You can always call them and they will take it up to the car for you. They give you a feeling that you are part of their system. If there is any problem they will take it back and redo it.
