They arrived with three adults and one teen-aged kid, were fairly quick with work, although didn't have enough flags to mark our sprinklers. They assured me that we didn't need to worry about the ones at the edge of the lawn. Boy, was I sorry! They broke one of our sprinkler heads. Not a big deal, except that after a week of my husband calling to ask them to fix it, the owner finally called back, swore like a sailor, and after my husband hung up, called back and harassed his secretary. Completely unprofessional! We ended up fixing it ourselves and won't use them again.

THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL. THEY DO ALL THE WORK EVERY WEEK, AND I GET A BILL AT THE END OF THE MONTH. IT IS VERY CONVENIENT THAT WAY. THEY GO BEYOND THEIR JOB AND DO A LOT OF EXTRAS FOR ME.
