Unprofessional; no contract, paperwork or itemised bill until I insisted on one. His initial quoted price increased without information or discussion. He was erratic about showing up when he said he would. He was unable to clear up an algae problem and did not get back to me regarding suggestions or solutions. When I asked him; he suggested draining; acid wash and refill. His quoted price was double that of other pool services I then consulted. He charged me about $500 for chemicals and visits related to the algae problem which did not resolve and then did not show up to follow through on pool maintenance. I am a single mom and a professional and I am shocked at the unethical and poor workmanship.

He is usually on time or calls ahead if he will be late. He does a nice professional job.
