I never heard back from Samantha after placing the order in July of 2016. She disappeared with my fabric. I left multiple messages on her phone, which she never returned.

Samantha O Brien, proprietor of Walls, Windows & More, prepared a quote requested by me on Feb 29, 2016 for several window shades. The total amount for the job was $1670.00 with a 50% deposit due on acceptance of the quote. We both signed our agreement to the job (I have an original copy) and I presented a check to her in the deposit amount of $835.00, which was cashed by Samantha on the same day (Feb 29). She called the following week with several questions, and that is the last time I have heard from her. I have left many messages on her work telephone number (505 259 6342) during March and April. The calls were never returned . I have used this company in the past and was pleased with the work, and I am honestly worried about Samantha. This is not like her.
