I appreciated the range of systems and pricing available plus financing available. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. When they were finished, they thoroughly explained everything and cleaned up everything.

I know ompanys are short handed, waiting for a repair man 9 days in summer. They did lend us a small unit, was greatful for that. Hope they can staff more people for quicker repairs. The techs were polite and efficient. Let hope this 3 year Old unit has no more problems.

Excellent company. I've been fixing up my home for 10+ years and have had my fair share of horrible contractors, terrible service and poor quality of work. WAGNER has restored my faith. Quality work, excellent communication, fair prices and they actually show up when they say they will. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Every employee is courteous and customer oriented. The after-hours phone operator was not able/not permitted to suggest any emergency shut off procedure. A call from a tech could have alleviated a lot of my panic. However, my worst fears did not happen. Repair man Dylan was efficient and patient with my questions. Company decision for him to leave some work for the warranty crew, but Dylan explained everything to my satisfaction.

Adam diagnosed a clogged condensation line in my 8-year old AC unit and quickly cleared it. As always, the Wagner technicians are the experts and willing to explain in layman's terms exactly what is required. I have used and strongly recommend Wagner Mechanical electricians and HVAC technicians for many years.

We have used Wagner for years for several projects both large and small. Their work is always stellar and thorough. Today was no different. We were just having our AC serviced as a proactive event. Our technician, Jayden, was up on our hot roof for over an hour doing a thorough inspection and maintenance of our two units. He explained everything to us and left our units in great shape! Wagner is expensive but worth it. This is truly a case of getting what you pay for. =)

Victor was the tech who came to our rescue. At 93 mom thought the ac had a problem. Wagner came two weeks AFTER my call. When Victor came however he was excellent technically & thoroughly! I gave Wagner a less than 5 star rating because of their costs. I was happy to pay for the service call & the needed parts. BUT, every time I call I end up paying a minimum of $1000.! Excessive for parts.

I had an emergency. My toilet was leaking water all over my floor. I also had company here from Michigan,my daughter and 3 grandkids. Thank heaven they are in their 20's, and one a teenager, so they understood, plus I only have one bathroom! I called Wagner early in the morning, and they were so helpful. They arrived at the time they said they would, and they were so courteous! They had it fixed so fast I couldn't believe it. They are definitely my "go to" people from now on. Thank you Wagner, you helped us have the best time for my 71 birthday! I will be calling you for sure the next time something happens. Great company, great workers. THANK YOU!!!

Do yo numerous repairs needed. I decided to replace my unit.That was a Monday.They had the equipment in stock .But couldnâ t install it until Friday.It was 102 outside 99 inside. The new unit worked great Saturday,,Sunday and Monday.Tuesday morning I came downstairs. I thought is was warm.I checked the thermostat it was blank the unit was not working at all. I called Wagner they said they would send someone out Wednesday. Again it was 99 degrees inside.Mike and Dennis came. One of them was checking the breaker box. I heard a pop at the wall. I asked is that the problem.they said they didnâ t know..They called the home office and said they need an electrician. 30 minutes later two electricians showed up. They looked at everything.I told him about the chi box popping. He unscrewed the lid it popped again.Bare wire was touching the metal box.They fixed it .Checked everything else. All the workers have been courteous and provided. I really think the company needs more employees. I called July 6 the appointment I was given was the 13.They called the 13 are scheduled for the 17th.To me that is a long time to wait at 99 degrees. Today it was fixed promptly and will hopefully stay fixed. I would recommend Wagner but be prepared to wait. I realize itâ s their busiest time of year and we had a heat wave. I would stay in a hotel but I was waiting for repair men to show up.

Top notch people. From the customer service in the office support team to the people in the field... CLASS ACT! I would absolutely refer any of my friends or family to Wagner Mechanical. I think the loyalty program is perfect for anyone interested in maintaining their home.

Entire process I always felt like my best interest was in mind. Just did a refrigerated air conversion with Wagner and am more than impressed. Phillip and Joey did a fantastic job on the mechanical side of the install, staying for almost 12 hours working non-stop to make sure the job was finished. Julian and Francisco, on the electrical side of the house, also was very impressive and made sure they included me in all decisions. Lastly, after some troubleshooting needed to happen, the supervisor Blake and Daniel Gossett's team went through the whole system with a fine tooth comb until we finally got everything working in tip top shape. The responsiveness was unparalleled when dealing with the troubleshooting after the install. All is well now and I am enjoying a beautiful new 2-stage AC unit. Will use Wagner for EVERY job that I can in the future.

We have been using Wagner for 20 years and have never had a bad experience with them. The guy who comes, whoever it is, is very knowledgeable about what they are doing. So glad Wagner is in business.

Jesus, the technician was great. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I rated slightly lower on customer service because we were initially scheduled for Friday, then Monday, and finally Tuesday. I know, however, that this is a very busy time of year for them...just don't promise and then not deliver.

My Wagner Mechanical technician was Barney Gallegos. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about replacing my toilet. He took the extra time to explain to me the best toilet for my bathroom and how he could make the toilet tank fit closer to the wall. I am very pleased with my whole experience with Wagner Mechanical and I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Had a bidet toilet installed to replace our outdated toilet. I always use Wagner for various services, and their plumbing team was just as excellent as the other teams. Very professional, incredibly thorough, and highly recommend.
