Repaired leaks in a tile roof around dormer. Larry lifted tiles and showed me exactly what was wrong; wrote a thorough estimate for a fair price. They repaired leaks that 4 other companies had "fixed" over 17 years. SunRise did it the right way. They removed the old roof in that area and rebuilt it from the deck. When rotted decking was found they replaced it at a fair price and did not take advantage of the situation. They did an excellent job and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived! The only negatives encountered: communication among office staff should be better, need more training in bookkeeping, and they use multiple phones (only one of which IDs as SunRise Roofing) to communicate with customers. In this age of scammers, we didn't know when they were calling. Overall Great Job by an Honest company.

Sunrise's estimate was detailed but clear. They did the work according to the estimate and price. I would hire them again.

The folks at SunRise Roofing were great to work with. Jeanette made the scheduling process seamless and Dale provided a complimentary roof inspection (since I was not selling my house) and took time to explain issues with my current roof tiles. I plan to use SunRise Roofing in the future.

Price too high

Sun Rise did an excellent job fixing a badly designed original installation of a concrete tile roof. I wish they had done the original roof.

Some issues with contacting us for worker access. Without photos of the roof how does one asses work quality?

Did good and timely work. Very friendly

Good work, but not great. A couple of lifting/cracked flashing and shingles. Cracked 2 fascia boards they installed. Difficult getting a clear, concise, accurately priced estimate from them. Difficult getting commitment to a schedule. Double billed some materials, and difficult contacting office personnel to correct. No written proof of warranty provided on materials or labor, even upon request.

I was very pleased with the special efforts they made to help us in a water emergency.

Great service. Finished job quickly which was great as it snowed the the night they finish the work. Would recommend them to anyone and will use again if I have any other roofing issues.

My Spanish tile roof needed maintenance on all of the roof penetrations: one caused a significant leak in the kitchen area ceiling. Also, four valleys needed extensive resealing and repair. This is a big roof on a 2400 square foot house. The roof had not received proper care for over ten years. I received a proposal, with pricing, very promptly. A date for the work was quickly agreed upon: the three-person roofing team arrived as agreed and on time. They worked quickly and smoothly, finishing by mid-day, cleaning up the work site as necessary. I watched the process throughout. These were craftsmen who, most notably, seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. Obviously, they had a lot of experience in working together as a team since everything was done so efficiently. They did not just re-caulk cracks around the roof penetrations, but rather, removed tiles two to three feet back from each penetration, replacing underlayment, and re-sealing everything. A leak of many years has already passed a heavy rain test. Extra work above and beyond the original proposal was needed and completed. When I offered to pay more Sun Rise refused! This is unheard of care for the customer. I couldn't be more satisfied. This is a great company.
