I gave a 4.5 because they adjusted my light to go off after 30 seconds (instead of a minute) and when you walk past sensors, it does not trigger the light. I was able to fix it but this should have been a conversation before adjusting my settings. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, tech was friendly and knowledgeable and was done in about 30 minutes. I would hire again if needed.

When I accidentally damaged my garage door I used the app to locate providers. This one called me the soonest. While others were going to charge me just to look at the damage, the technician just asked for a picture so he could evaluate in advance. He gave me a pending estimate and finally we made an appointment to have it repaired. He did an excellent job and tested out my door to make sure it worked properly. I paid a very reasonable price of under $200. If you need a garage door replaced or fixed, give these people a call!

Adam and shane installed my door in a few hours. Shipping mistake gave me glass panels that i did not order. Was not changed for upgrade. I noticed some small scratches on paint and notified shane and he came out and fixed scratches. Very pleased with customer service! Wasn't the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive, but i could tell they knew their craft! Would definitely recommend them to family and friends!!
