He cut out 3 damaged areas of carpet and filled in with remnants that I had saved from the original installation (6 or 7 years ago). The patches look good, are not noticeable, almost invisible.

He called to discuss what it was I needed, we set a time and date for this project to happen. He called me on the morning of the project to confirm and arrived on time. He explained what he would be doing and how. I had 3 rooms of carpet to be stretched and he did them all in a timely manner. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed their carpet stretched.

The repairmen, Isaiah, failed to mention a tear in the carpet after charging me an extra couple of hundred to restretch the carpet and supposedly repair it, he failed to mention the tear in the carpet, so I asked if he could install a new carpet. He then said, if I needed a carpet installed, he would do it; however, after scheduling it a week in advance, the morning he was to pick up the carpet, he was unwilling to load the carpet on his van roof and said he would get a truck by 12:00 noon. When I called him back after 12:00 he said he and his girlfriend had a fight and that he could not do the carpet install until Saturday. I am an apartment manager and I have never dealt with someone that was so unreliable and who did not seem to care one way or the other about his customers. I learned a lot from his actions, that he is not trust worthy, unreliable, unprofessional, and very lazy unpredictable behavior. He needs to take responsibility for his mistakes and lack of action or motivation. He spent more time trying to make excuses for not completing a job he had scheduled a week in advance and after cleaning & failing to repair the carpet properly, he offered no refund or apology.

They did a fabulous job. He worked us into his schedule, showed up on time, and everything was great.
