NCB has been to our home on several occasions, mostly for small plumbing issues but also to install an electric water heater. I called today because our furnace was making weird noises and seemed to smell like gas. They came out right away to check on it. Fortunately, it wasn't leaking gas & just needed a filter change. I'm very grateful for their consistently timely, friendly, competent service.

Honest, respectful, and upfront. They weren’t the cheapest option, nor the most expensive, but they offered the solution that made the most sense. I appreciated their clear communication and straightforward approach throughout the water heater replacement. Definitely a company you can trust.

For being a being a ?plumbing an air conditioning? company. The service tech said they didn?t plumbing to replace the hose bib that the tech broke. Because it wasn?t broken the day before. So they had to call another guy to come and replace the hose bib. An for for a 5 minute job I was charged almost $200. I realize it would?ve been a seperate service call charge. But for a less than a $10 part an a service call to pay almost $200. An to top it off the first service tech broke the hose bib. I truely would recommend this company to any one. Then they advertise senior an military discount. I didn?t receive a senior discount.

NCB Mechanical has provided multiple services for me recently - servicing my tankless water heater and servicing my AC unit. Good communication, early (coordinated) arrival, and the work was completed quickly, professionally, and reasonably priced.

Cesar and Daniel did an exceptional job, just what a customer would want! They were respectful, efficient, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They even found errors with how one of our heaters was installed. We're very glad we found them!

After installation, there was a constant banging noise from the wind just slightly blowing. It took multiple calls and about two different visits to get it figured out and fixed.

Technician came out same day for a leaking outdoor faucet. Technician showed me that a washer needed replaced and didnt charge for a service call. I was able to replace the washer myself. I will absolutely use these guys next time I need repairs! Hard to find reputable repair services. Very honest!!

They arrived on time, they treated my home as if it was their own home. They replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit. The technicians Ceaser and Daniel showed me how to operate the new system and ensured the new system was operating properly. I called them and they came out the next day to inspect my old system to let me know what I would need and the next they were at my home to replace my old central air and a new furnace. I would definitely recommend NCB Mechanical for any work that you would need for your heating/cooling systems
