I was informed that my swamp cooler should be replaced soon due to wear.

Extremely well pleased! We were in a crunch & needed repairs made prior to the installation of our new dishwasher. After calling multiple plumbers with no success- was referred to Brandon. He committed within a few days , Marcus was prompt on arriving on a Friday afternoon & stayed til after 7:00 doing the repair & installing the dishwasher! He was extremely efficient, professional & prepared! They are the plumbers we will always call & refer them to any one in need!

Showed up on time and completed the winterizing work on my swamp cooler quickly. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Marcus and Nate were awesome! My main water line needed to be replaced. Under hot and humid conditions they hand-dug a trench and laid a new line. What was supposed to be 3 days was complete in two. I'd like to say that I would not hesitate to use them again, but I've already had Marcus back for another job and Nate for an HVAC estimate.

We had a leak in our salon studio and Marcus came to fix the leak and not only fixed one leak but checked the other 3 sinks and corrected issues that could have caused future leaks. Prompt, courteous, and a fair price. Great job!

I really liked all three of the staff that came to my home. Brandon called me right away, and then came to inspect and evaluate that same day. After the cooler installation, I saw that Brandon came to check on the job before completion. So, good follow-up. He called back right away when I had a question. The staff that replaced my cooler were really nice, cheerful young men. Very personable. I think that happy workers means that they are treated well and that speaks well for the management. That helps me to trust the work they do. Great communication by all of them. (They were patient with me. ) From the time I put in the request to the day my swamp cooler was replaced, I had consistently efficient and fast service. I will be hiring them to maintain my heating and cooling systems from now on.

I went through the Angi app. I contacted NCB because they had lots of 5 star ratings. Brandon quickly called and came by that same day. He was nice, open, and truthful. He also told me about a utility company rebate and the quote was reasonable by my research. I was impressed and chose to go ahead with the project. The men that came today were also nice, patient, genuine, and polite. My project was quickly completed, and I'm enjoying a nice, quietly cooled home. I will definitely hire them again. Personable and happy workers says a lot about a company.
