They did not install the unit properly, they did not use the upgraded parts that we bought and they took them with them, they double charged the amount on my card and they refuse to guarantee their work.

All I can say it wow! I had a problem with my AC unit, it quit working. The blistering 100+ degree heat was melting me and my family. I tried calling a few other companies and they couldn't schedule me for almost a week out. NCB scheduled us for the next day! Morrison called me when he was on his way, and showed up right on time. He was super nice and VERY professional. He even went as far as to help me understand exactly what I needed and why, as I was not there to see what he was doing(stuck at the office). He could have easily ripped me off, but did not. He had my AC unit up and running with a new capacitor in less than 30 minutes! My wife, kids and I couldn't be more grateful. I am now a NCB customer for life. Do yourself a favor and call NCB Mechanical first, don't waste your time calling anyone else. Spot on best company I have ever worked with for this type of service.
