I went through the Angi app. I contacted NCB because they had lots of 5 star ratings. Brandon quickly called and came by that same day. He was nice, open, and truthful. He also told me about a utility company rebate and the quote was reasonable by my research. I was impressed and chose to go ahead with the project. The men that came today were also nice, patient, genuine, and polite. My project was quickly completed, and I'm enjoying a nice, quietly cooled home. I will definitely hire them again. Personable and happy workers says a lot about a company.

A family run business, Both Brandon and his son Morrison were on time, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. We had both our furnace and AC unit replaced. Extremely happy with the service and products. Use these guys, best quote given. The bigger companies could not even compare.

Brandon was wonderful! My heater went out in the middle of winter and it was freezing. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to install a new heating unit promptly and efficiently. He also noticed that my water heater was on it's last leg and also needed to be replaced. I am so grateful to him and his assistant. I highly recommended them and will calling them this summer to maintenance my cooling system as well.
