MicroPure Water Systems

We are loving our Micro Pure water system, installation was great, and the team did a good job and did not leave a mess. Over the past 6weeks we have seen softer skin and wonderful drinking water. It has been nice to eliminate plastic water bottles and have great tasting water on tap. We are thouroughly enjoying our new system and we are very happy that we went with Micro Pure.

Installation of a water conditioning system.

Mike and his crew got the installation done quickly and seamlessly, while answering a lot of questions! My water was originally VERY HARD; after the system was installed the calcium and magnesium levels dropped to ZERO. The water tastes better and I have peace of mind that my appliances will last a lot longer. So far, I am very satisfied. Mike went above and beyond and threw in some nice extras, such as a custom rubber mat for under the sink to hold water should there be a leak and a water detector.

I haven't asked him yet, but I think Mike might have a degree in chemistry given his profound knowledge about the various minerals that are present in well water, in addition to the mechanisms for removal of undesirables. He knows the different scents that are produced by the most common mineral components, and was able to diagnose what our issues most likely were before we even for the water test results back. We appreciate very much the time he took with us to explain the process of cleaning and softening the water and what we could expect given his years of experience with well water in the area. We had a 'one size fits all' system before that did not take care of our issues. Mike's Puronics products are not cheap, but I think we have found the solution that will last for us that actually solves our smelly water and hard water issues. The system was installed about 3 months ago, we have pre and post filters using housing that we already had, added ion exchange for Mn, Fe, and chlorination, and a separate tank for water softening, we kept our UV in place, and within the first couple days, the earthy scents in the water seemed to dissipate. We are grateful to have connected with Mike, Micropure, and Puronics products.

Mike was very responsive in providing a timely visit to our home to explain his PURONICS product line. He asked and answered a number of questions that we had with much professionalism yet common man's language perfectly understandable by the layman. Understanding that we had a relatively tight schedule and that we were ready to make a decision on the type of water softener system we wanted, Mike kindly agreed to install ours on Sunday. We chose the PURONICS HYDRONEX iGen on his recommendation. He and his crew came to the installation on time as promised. Installation went smoothly. Mike supervised the installation to ensure that it was performed to ours and his satisfaction, explaining every step along the way. He responded to every question, making sure that we were satisfied with the answer, even as we questioned one aspect of confusion that we had regarding why the portion of the water line originally plumbed into our home at the time of construction, specifically intended to provide the drinking water source, i.e., the cold waterline at the kitchen sink and the water line to the refrigerator, were segregated from the rest of the water in the house. We were not aware (and perhaps considering installing a water softener are either) that this is commonly the case in home construction. As such, the water at those two locations will not be softened water. This may be an important consideration for some people. It was not for us as we already have an RO unit under our sink to provide water to drink. We don't utilize the water at the refrigerator very often. However, ice cubes are not produced with softened water even as the refrigerator is equipped with a carbon filter. This was not a deal killer for us as we installed the softener for a larger purpose. Nonetheless, we appreciate that he clarified this for us. It was a pleasure to work with a professional local service provider with such passion and integrity for his work. The softener we chose works great and we're confident that Mike will honor the excellent warranty provided, if need be.

The team is installers did a superb job. They did their job in an efficient manner and answered all my questions. Mike was very professional. He told me about his company and his product. There was no pressure. The day it was installed they were on time and went right to work. I've had MicroPure in my house for a week and I am amazed at the difference in the water quality. You can taste the difference and see the difference in the dishwasher, washing machine, bath, etc. The project turned out better than I could have imagined. You will not be disappointed.

We got our RO system installed in September of 2022 and we are so happy with it, itâ s a total game changer. The water tastes amazing, the difference is incredible, so happy to not be consuming the nasty things in ABQâ s tap water anymore. We can actually feel the difference in our bodies. Mike is super knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. Would hands down recommend to anyone thinking about upgrading their water.

Good experience and Company

Installers were on time and efficient. We had a slight issue with the reverse osmosis tank fitting under our sink. They quickly got another tank that would fit. Everything working fine.

Very professional company. Installation, service and cleanup were outstanding. This turned out to be a more difficult install but all associated costs were discussed up front with no add-on surprises. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend this business.

We were going round and round with Lowe's for over a month. We researched some softener systems and found MicroPure. It was a little more expensive but NO headaches, delays, or issues and had it completed, up and running, in just a few days. How much is your sanity worth? From sale to installation to completion was smooth and professional. Cannot ask for more for products such as this.
