MicroPure Water Systems

We had an existing RO unit that we were not happy with. MicroPure replaced it with a new unit -- so much more efficient and water-saving. Our installer was professional and knowledgeable. The office was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent customer service; quickly responded to my request for a bid which resulted in a speedy install for our new house. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They (Mike) were the first to call, came replaced the cheap, outdated water softener ash’s installed an in sink filter within 3 days at a reasonable cost. Job was completed in 3 hours, work site was clean, old unit taken away. Excellent work.

The experience we had with MicroPure Water was phenomenal. We had an especially difficult setup needed for our house, which based on what other companies had advised, would make our job impossible to achieve what we wanted. MicroPure came out, accessed everything and came up with a solution to make it work. I know that it wasnâ t easy but they made it happen. They even made it look like a typical job for them and exceeded what I thought the outcome might be. I am so glad we found them and chose them for the job.

We had a water softer and RO system installed and can already notice an amazing difference in out water quality. All of the employees were very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. The owner personally came out to install and explain the RO system. The professionalism and kindness through this company was unmatched in any of our past experiences.

Water softener was installed last year. No issues so far. We can easily notice the difference in water hardness after water softener is installed. Each salt bag easily lasts for 3-4 months.

Mike and his team (Darren and Issac) were absolutely outstanding! We had to replace our 20+ year old water softener and we're very pleased with our decision to go with Micro Pure Water Systems. The product is wonderful - we chose the Defender 1-Gen 45C and the Micromax 7000 reverse osmosis systems. Our water is soft again, our water tastes great (much better than bottled water) and our ice cubes are crystal clear. Micro Pure Water Systems' customer service should be the model for all businesses. They are knowledgeable, honest, patient, very responsive, and treated us with respect for our time and needs. This purchase is an important one and it's hard to decipher and differentiate between different brands and capabilities. Micro Pure made that easy by listening to our needs and recommending products that would meet those need while providing the best value.

The owner Mike is professional and very conscientious about his business . I had just moved into a néw house and first time owner of a water softener and reverse osmosis system . He spent a lot of time educating me on maintenance and issues which I truly appreciated. The only reason I gave 4.5 for value for my money is because I really didnâ t check around with other companies . I consider the price I paid to be fair due to his patience with answering all my questions and his workmanship . I am definitely hiring him back for annual maintenance .

Actually, this is the first totally responsive, on task, professional that I have encountered in a while. Actually, off the charts. This is a person that I we ould try to connect with anyone I had a problem. Very savvy. Very willing to acknowledge that I know too...liked that. If I could rate a 10, I would.

Outstanding professional work! Tremendous customer service led by manager. Questions were addressed prior to any commitment to the product. MicroPure did not pressure my family in purchasing their product, something that we frown upon with businesses that practice that type of selling service. Prior to the installation, the employees of MicroPure explained the process once again and addressed questions we addressed. Prior to their departure, their manager dropped by to ensure the product was installed correctly. Once again, the manager, together with his employees answered all questions my family and I had moving forward with our new product. The soft water indeed feels much better and our kids are loving it! Along with their superb and excellent customer service, during their first visit and in the completion of the product, MicroPure followed COVID-19 regulations. As a retired Public Health Technician in the United States Air Force, this was something I greatly appreciated! MicroPure is indeed the best, highly recommend to everyone!!!

Water softening is a must in areas with hard (mineral heavy) communities.
