Overall, I was pleased with the Window replacement work that was completed for me by Lujan and sons. The work entailed replacement of 7 old aluminum windows with custom sized Vinyl windows. The process was smooth from the estimate to the installation, the only hiccup was that one of the custom ordered windows cam in damaged. The window had to be re-ordered and the work had to be rescheduled which delayed the start of the project for several weeks, however this was not the contractors fault since the window was damaged in shipping. The work was completed in 2 days and the Quality of the work was very professional. We are very happy with the outcome of the job.

Our experience overall was mixed. I met with 4 different companies to receive quotes and information. I used those experiences combined with reviews on Angie's List to choose Lujan & Sons to perform our stucco job. Although price was a consideration, it wasn't our only consideration. We were able to get our stucco job scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and we paid the job in full up front. When it came to the date our job was to begin, no one showed up. I called Frank Lujan, who we had scheduled through, who informed me there was a delay on another job due to the weather. Of course we understood this, but I was concerned about the lack of communication and asked that communication improve. Communication continued to be a concern throughout the entire job. Two crew members came out for the first phase of our project, which included the water-blasting and repair work. They left their scaffolding up, which we had agreed to in advance. We were told that there would be a two week period between phase one and phase two. There was a lot of rain during those couple of weeks so we were not surprised when no one came out two weeks later. After four weeks had passed, I called Frank Lujan for status. I was told they would like be out the upcoming Monday or Tuesday and that he would call me Friday to confirm. Not only did I not hear from him on Friday, but no one was there Monday morning. I called again. This time I left a rather frustrated voicemail demanding status and completion of the project. I received a call back and was assured they would be out on Thursday (or was it Wednesday?) to finish the job. They did arrive when promised and completed the job by the following Tuesday (our house is large and Monday was a holiday). We are very pleased with the end result. The quality is excellent and our home is beautiful. They also cleaned up afterward and left no mess behind. They were respectful of our property and our neighbors. Our only complaint is the lack of communication and failure to arrive when they said they would. Perhaps this isn't a common occurrence for them, but if it is, it would serve them well to hire someone to handle logistics. I wish I could say I would hire them again, but our life is such that I just cannot babysit our contractors the way we had to babysit them.

When I first called, I explained that I needed to have the stucco done to fulfill insurance requirements and that I would need them to come back again to repair work I was having done at a later time in order to sell the house. They were very accommodating and always pleasant to talk to, although it took a few calls to get a return call for initial and return work, but it was worth it.

Professional men who were friendly and responsive to my requests. I ask them to do my front door and railing on my balcony. The house looks great! I have received many compliments.

Excellent. Everyone was professional and handled each request I made positively and proactively. We had one window that was defective and they quickly came back out to assess the problem, order the replacement parts, and fix the issue. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the look of our new stucco and windows.

I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism. I was being a bit picky about the color but this was not a problem. Frank was willing to get the color I wanted without any issues, he dropped off samples until I was satisfied. I will be using them again on my own house soon!

I am exasperated at the lack of communication and attention to what could become a big problem on the west side of the house.

My experience with Lujan and Sons Construction was OUTSTANDING from the first day. The estimate process was simple and straightforward. Frank explained exactly what would be done, the materials they would use, the time frame for every step of the process, their warranty, and an itemized estimate. Their employees were always pleasant, on time, and tried to minimize inconvenience to me and also to my dog! One or more of the Lujan brothers was on site every day, and the site was tidied every day and left very clean when the job was completed. I was also impressed by the fact they hauled their porta-potty in and out every day on a trailer, rather than leaving it in my yard for weeks. They were able to match my original color, which had faded and was pitted by a hailstorm. They also repaired the hail damage to my roof. The finished job is outstanding, and looks better than when it was new. I would highly recommend Lujan and Sons Construction. I rate them A+++!!!

He came out and looked at the house and indicated that he would send me an estimate. After repeated calls and promises, the estimate never came. I even asked him to be so kind as to let me know if he just was too busy and he again promised and estimate. This was over a month ago. I would say he is highly unreliable and would not use the company.

I tried to contact them via their website form. When I never heard from them, I went to their FB page and messaged them. They apologized and asked me to message them my contact info and they would arrange a time to come out. I sent my information and never heard back. I even gave them a 3rd chance and asked if they could come out at a specific time. Crickets. I guess business must be good...

Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was always responsive and polite. The finished product looks fantastic.

It took a while, but the end result was outstanding. The prep work was way more extensive than I expected, which was very reassuring. by the time the color coat when on, I was confident that this stucco wouldl not deteriorate for a very long time. Clean-up, follow through and ease of doing business could not have been better.

It didn't go. Estimator said his "boss" would be in touch and make the estimate. "Boss" never called. After several follow-up calls on our part and no response we gave up. It would seem that they have plenty of other "easy" jobs, that will pay the bills. Disappointing.

The communication was always immediate, the men were professional, and they worked with us to keep a path for our dogs to be able to go outside. The clean up was great, and the targeted date for completion was on time. We were 100% pleased, and have even had people taking pictures of the 'new and improved' result. We would recommend them highly and most assuredly contact them in the future if additional work ever becomes necessary.

I wanted to make sure that I went with the very best quality. Frank Lujan and his brothers provided exceptional quality. They provided the most comprehensive and detailed estimate of work to be done. Explained in great detail the work schedule that would be done on the house and meet every date on time! I was extremely happy with the detail of the work, Trenching around the home, trimming of shrubs and tree branches, water blasting entire home surface to clean up and remove loose paint and old stucco.Patched all deteriorated areas with fiberglass reinforced stucco. Masked all windows and doors, during stucco application.  Added water resistant sealant where stucco meets concrete. Complete repair of all parapet's on the home. Apply new Sto stucco
on entire home and yard walls. Painted all plumbing risers on the roof and air conditioning duct work. Cleaned up and hauled off all debris. Very happy with the work done at our home! 

I had 6 proposals to do this work at our home and made sure that each company that came by was the same type of company, quality and years in business along with high standard and reputation. Also went to several homes that they had done the same type of work and looked at the quality of work that had been done. Also stopping by and talking with a neighbor that Lujan & Sons did  the same type of work I needed at my home! The owner couldn't say enough great things about Frank & his brothers!

In closing my wife and I were so happy with the job done by Lujan & Sons and are extremely pleased with the work they did at our home.

I have a flat-roofed house and the tops of the parapets all around had damaged stucco from baking in the sun. Lujan and sons did a very thorough repair with a double layer, then matched the final stucco to the rest of the house. You can't tell that only the tops of the walls were repaired. There was a crew of several both times (first applications needs a week or so to dry) and they did a masterful job.

Outstanding service and product. They came out and gave a very reasonable estimate on stucco repair for one entire side of our home. They came out and professionally prepped our wall explaining the process the entire time. The second phase was delayed due to weather but all was explained prior to work. They finished up with them paint match near perfect. They also cleaned up after themselves. Outstanding customer service answering all questions and warranting work for ten years. Even offered to bring us extra stucco in case we wanted to do work on our own at other areas of the house. Would definitely recommend an plan on using them again.

We had our home restuccoed with STO Powerflex  in spring of 16.Of 5 different estimators Frank Lujan impressed me the most with his professionalism  knowledge and detailed explanation of the process and the products they offer., also one of the best guarantees.Frank or his brothers were present at the jobsite each day and were responsive to all questions and concerns I had..They finished the job in a timely manner and with great attention to detail and clean up. Frank Lujan and his crew came in after giving us a free estimate and promptly and professionally did a FABULOUS stucco job on our home in Four Hills. They matched the stucco color perfectly to the paint swatch we picked out...everything turned out BEAUTIFUL!
