I got help from Heavon and Dave of Heart-Driven Adjusting (HD Adjusting) after a hail storm damaged my roof. They were very helpful & professional throughout the months that it took to negotiate with my insurance company (State Farm), to engage roofers (Sunrise Roofing, ABQ), and to hire plasterers and painters to do some interior repairs. I was very concerned that my total repair cost out-of-pocket might be huge, but HD Adjusting was very helpful in getting the insurance company to cover almost all of the expense (totalling over $30,000); my out-of-pocket was only a few thousand. Throughout the process, they were very responsive, supportive, and professional, and they knew good contractors, and handled all of the supervision, negotiation, and billing with insurance. They are also warm and friendly people. I would highly recommend them if you have a home insurance claim and need help navigating the complexities of insurance claims and contractors.

We have been very happy from the beginning. The owner listened to us, suggested things that proved to be very useful in completing the job. The crew was excellent, the materials used were top notch and the new deck is beautiful. We were told when workers could be here, what they would do and they did it. The price was very reasonable, especially when considering the quality of their work.

Supervisor came to house to with an insurance adjuster. She pointed out damage that helped properly assess the amount of work that needed to be done. Roof work was done timely and professionally. They did so good that I continued to hire them to do work on the house including when I sold a house. They did a list of work that the buyer wanted done.

Overall, I was very pleased. A mistake was made in ordering a door of the wrong size, but the technician worked hard to make things right, completing most of the work in one day, and finishing up the next day. The result is everything that we wanted. I would hire this company again.

The roof went very well. A few other minor details to work out with other areas of the home.

HDAC were very conscientious about their work. They did a good job finishing up a job another company had started but not completed. Also the inside ceiling repair was done very very well.

They did a great and fantastic job. You couldn't even tell that there was any damage.

They were very professional. They evaluated my roof. I have other companies came out and told me that my roof will last for 5 to 6 years. But this company told me that it will last for 15 years. They didn't sell me something I didn't need. They gave me a good price for it. He made sure all was good. They did a very good job. I would recommend them.

We have some problems and they did their best to fix it and I'm happy with the service.

HDAC was outstanding to work with. They really know their stuff and guided us all the way through the process with our insurance company. They worked as an excellent liaison for us with the insurance company. They were professional and I felt comfortable with their personnel being on my roof. All were very respectful and professional. I was amazed at their knowledge and attentiveness. I plan on calling them again with these type needs. I totally trust them and know that they will do what's right, and do right by us.
