 + -1 moreWe recently bought a "Short-sale" house that had been unoccupied for almost a year, and had multiple issues needing repair. Finding Feliberto was a godsend! He listened attentively to our needs and concerns and offered suggestions on ways to save money. It was appearent that he valued our trust and he definitely earned it! He skillfully coordinated the work to be started in record time (we wanted to have it completed before he movers came) and began 4 days after we approved the quote. All the work was completed in 1-1/2 days (remarkable!) and we discovered that Feliberto was a perfectionist. We could not be more pleased. The results were OUTSTANDING, and if we ever need more remodeling, we have Feliberto's number on speed dial!
Description of Work: Plumbing: replaced 4 leaking outside faucets, repaired leaking gas line in fireplace, replaced leaking washing machine faucet and 2 sink drains Electrical: installed 2 light kits in ceiling fans, installed and connected GFI outlets in kitchen, Wood repair: replaced door facing on garage,
