FARMERS INSURANCE GROUP

Farmers Insurance Group are not in foresight with their customers and I would not recommend them. If you do further research online, you will find out that this is the worst Insurance company in the nations. Because of difficulties with Farmers Insurance, we have had to put a stop to work on our home. We had a hail storm here for an hour and a half in August last year, and farmers is denying that we have damage in our roof. They chopped all of our premiums, they do not approve when people have damages on their homes, they look for every loop hole and they have rules that people who are in the insurance company are unaware of. They stink and what they do, I think they have the adjustors under their thumbs to lowball the lowest possible prices on everything so they compensate what the consumer feels they are paying for. They are professional but they have no compassion for their customers. They sent one of their engineers out who I feel was biased to begin with and if you ever saw the report, he brought up, it sounds like he needed more education. They were multiple other insurance companies that came to access the damage on my neighbors homes also and they paid off. So it is really discriminating.
