I have used FM Mechanical for the last 15 years or so. I've bought a water heater, new swamp cooler and new furnace through them. I usually get in touch with Steve for my seasonal change over, however I have been unsuccessful in getting in touch with Steve this last attempt. I have left many voice and text messages and none have been returned. I have left messages on the business Facebook page too. For whatever reason Steve is not returning my calls. I'm unsure why. Overall, I have always been pleased with his work and we have great rapport. I'm at a loss. I worry about the warranty on my existing products now since I can't get a hold of him.

They have been my furnace people for years and I am very satisfied with
them. Because they are essentially a one-person shop, it is sometimes
hard to get hold of Steve, but when you do, he comes right out.

my previous swamp cooler person had retired, and Steve said he also
does swamp coolers, I had him set mine up for Spring and close it down
for the winter this October. I was pleased with its performance and
operation all summer.
When he closed it down, he left the summer
hookup on the outside hose bib, so I couldn't put the cap on to protect
it from freezing, but when I called this to his attention, he came
right out and fixed it - and put the cap on for me.

I own 10 rental units and FM Mechanical has been my service company since the late1990's. I've always been happy with the service and the price. Since my apartments are 34 years old and my home is well over 100 years old I rely on Steve to be creative as well as competent when it comes to solving their unique problems.
Steve is very thoughtful and respectful and goes above what's expected when working on the apartments or my home. Since I've worked with FM Mechanical for so many years it is hard to give an exact amount, but I spend around $1,500.00 a year.
He gets high marks from me all around and I frequently recommend him to others.

It went very well. timelines were honored and the heating portion of the system functions great. We"ll get back on the cooling piece when we use it.

He is just as decent as can be. He always give me a good price. I have not had any trouble with any of the work he has done. He is so nice I just want to adopt him. I am thinking of using him for some handyman work as well.
