ENVY SPA & NAILS

The last two times I've gone there to get my nails done, they have palmed me off on the new guy so they could watch TV until somebody came in to get her feet washed, and I don't want him doing my nails again.  He is slow and not very thorough, and this last time, he was more interested in watching some Vietnamese soap opera on TV than in doing my nails.  He kept stopping so he could look up at the TV; I didn't say anything, but I was angry.  My nails were too long, but he did not shorten them nor did he even ask me if I wanted them "cut down".   I had 3 broken ones, two of  whicn he did not replace. I had glued them back on.  He just ground down the top of the acrylic a bit and brushed new acrylic over the top, grinding it down until it was so thin that two of the three nails have broken off again, plus another one has broken, and of the original tthree broken ones, my thumbnail, it has broken off 3 times in the past week alone.  I keep gluing it back on, but it is so long that the slightest bit of pressure causes it to break again.  I don't have the other two broken ones to glue back on. They were lost somewhere.  And you can see ridges where he didn't completely file down the new acrylic over the old acrylic.  The first time he did my nails, he put only one coat of polish on them.  It was so thin I could see my natural nail color - albeit with acylic over the top of it - through the nail polist color.
Thank goodness there are a lot of other nail salons around so I won't have to go back there again, because I know they will just send me over to him.  I just wish I could complain to the business owner about the crappy service they dish out.
