Very well. From the estimate to the finished product. Professionalism, courtesy, communication and performance was excellent. Punctuality at its best, on time every time. A day and a 1/2 to complete the project. First day ran into a minor problem which was solved quickly and work day cut a tad short due to lightning and possibility of afternoon thunder showers. Second day went without a hitch. All workers: Frank, Ruben,Chris and Omar were all courteous and informative about what was being done and all appeared to take great care in what they were doing; measuring, digging, placement and even asking my opinion on certain parts. Overall -- I am totally pleased with the finished product.

My partner and I recommend highly and without reservation Renewal by Anderson of New Mexico. From Mark Sena, salesperson; Thomas Healey, Installation Manager; to Leo and Billy, installers; the customer service and attention was outstanding - highly personal and professional. The product is top quality and has significantly improved the look and value of our home. Each step of the way was clear and low stress. The end result was definitely worth the investment!

I was very happy with the results of a kitchen cabinet refacing job performed by Dreamstyle Remodeling. The salespeople were excellent, not pushy, but very knowledgeable and brought actual samples that I could touch and see. The process was smooth, and my installer, David Garner, did an excellent job of putting it all together. I felt the price was high, but the quality of the work and the five-year warranty from such a reputable company were worth it. At least call this company and get an estimate before hiring. You'll get educated, if nothing else. My cabinets are BEAUTIFUL.

My wife and I hired Dreamstyle stucco to stucco our home. They did an amazing job, and the whole experience was smooth. From the original estimate, Jerome Rethmel came out, he was really nice and professional. He told us exactly what to expect through the whole process. Antonio who was the project manager got in contact with us and told us exactly when the crew would be there and also came out every day during the work and talked to us. He told us everything the crew was doing as they were doing it. He put our three color samples on the wall and my wife and I still couldn't decide and Antonio came all the way out to put another sample (Sahara) which is the one we went with. Now the crew are very talented hard workers that did a wonderful job and really nice clean up. I will definitely let friends and family know about Dreamstyle stucco

Very well. We were advised Renewal would be out to replace two of our windows between 12:00 and 2:00. PJ and Mike were at my door at 1:00. The entire process took two hours. Both were very professional.

Terrible. Worst purchase I have ever made.

These guys were on top of it when they saw how stressed I was when Rebath dropped the ball to help me. Dreamstyle was at my parent's house the same day!! Came out and did the measure and within a month or so a custom fitted shower surround was installed. Now this was a pricey conversion, but the overall project was worth it.

Clean, professional install. Thorough clean up and excellent on-the-fly consultation. Both Gerardo and Derek were courteous and performed their work well. I would hire these guys again...

I love our new windows, they are the best. The installers PJ and Mike were very professional and were very understanding about a situation we had to work around. My husband had to work nights that week and they worked around his sleeping in different rooms. They worked one side of the house first and switched to the other side when he changed rooms to sleep in, they also were very quiet and considerate around the room he was in. We unfortunately found a small scratch in one of the windows and contacted them. They are switching them out. No problem!! Thanks for the windows!!

They were fantastic-Fan-tas-tic. They have been such a wonder. I can live in my upstairs now without the heat of the day. It is just fantastic. I wished I had done it earlier. I would use them again but I won't have to because they are guaranteed for my natural born life. I would highly recommend them to somebody.

Leon, Mike, PJ and Thomas did a great job replacing our old windows and front door. Everything was done professionally and we appreciate their great work.

PJ and Mike Martinez did a fantastic job in the replacement of the windows. They are very professional and totally competent in their job. They were extremely cordial and went about their job as soon as they arrived. They installed the windows after removing the old ones and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding! I highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone who is contemplating on replacing windows. I would give them all "As".

Excellent. Very good people Thomas, P.J. and Cale did very good work, fast and innovative when confronted with unforeseen problems. The result has been better than expected.

The price was high, but am very happy with the quality. They were very prompt. They kept us informed of everything. I was really pleased.

Fantastic! Gary and Joaquin came to my house on May 12th, prepared and ready to go. They were super professional and knowledgeable about these windows. My windows look absolutely wonderful and I'm so happy we had them done by Renewal by Andersen.

The job went Fantastic! The install crew, Leo and Rene, arrived precisely on time and went to work immediately. They were well organized and highly professional. They verified the measurements on each window before starting removal of the old ones. It was a pleasure to have such highly skilled, respectful gentlemen working on the project. They treated our home as carefully as if it were their own. The work site was spotless when they finished and the windows are outstanding. I would gladly hire them again and sincerely recommend this company.

It was a excellent experience from beginning to end. I did not feel pressured at all when making my purchase. The sales guy went on what I felt I could afford. Pj and Mike came out for the install. They were great! Worked very fast and efficiently. My home is brick so I thought it would take much longer than typical, I was wrong! I cannot say enough good things about these two. The plaster repair guy came out super fast and did an amazing job! I have noticed the noise reduction as well the the temperature in the house has already changed! Super pleased!

We are very pleased with the aluminum patio cover the Dreamstyle Remodeling crew installed this week, replacing the 25-plus-year-old wooden pergola that was a rickety eyesore. Friends who have seen the new installation or photos of it complemented our choice of style, and observed that it will add value to our home. I love it because now I can relax with shady siestas in my hammock, whereas with the old pergola the sun usually burned through my eyelids. We can also enjoy the freshness of cool evening rains without getting wet. I can see us spending more time outdoors now that we have a shady, sturdy cover.

The installer PJ came out after hours to do the last installation Which was of my security screen door, this company is awsome with working with a person schedule. . PJ was very friendly with awsome customer service when doing the installation of my security screen door to making sure it closes right.... AWSOME JOB!! Would highly recommend PJ..

Cracking good team of installers. Jared,Clint,Paul and Lorenzo all know what the word team work means. Efficient clean and tidy. As the tenant in the unit they were installing this amazing gas fireplace unit I really didn't know what to expect. I had personally taken the time to move my furniture and mask off sections of my home because of the age of the old unit and the potential of a huge mess. They took the time to clean and make sure that there would be a minimal amount of disruption to the overall condition of my home. Fast and on spot with the installation and updating me to the progress my landlady and myself were in good hands with a professional team. As with any service there is always room for disappointment but be REASSURED that is not the case with this team of hard working professionals. I feel safe and secure in the work that was done. Considering the previous unit and its total lack of safety features with the gas fireplace I now can sleep at night and not worry about any disasters relating to my home.

The whole process was awsome, the installation went fantastic they fixed the gap in between the frame and door which was huge since the door was not even .they were efficient n fast, I wold highly recommend Jesse and Leon, they were awsome around my dogs.. they were also very friendly n courteous...I would definitely ask for them again for other windows I will have installed in the future...but I am SUPER EXCITED AND HAPPY FOR MY PATIO DOOR N DOGGIE DOOR and THE WORKMANSHIP THESE GUYS HAVE!!!!! Excellent job!!!

I contacted Renewal by Anderson (RBA) via their online contact form to schedule a free consultation, approximately the first week of April 2017. They called me back to schedule the consulation, which was Saturday, April 8, 2017, with their sales representative, Mark. We signed a contract and wrote a check for $10,441 for them to install 6 windows for our home. We were told that we had a 3-day grace period to cancel, which I did on Monday, April 10. I asked Mark if I needed to contact my bank to stop the check. He said no, because they would just mail the check back. So I transferred the money back to our savings account. Thursday, April 13, RBA called to schedule a date for installation and cashed the check, causing a negative account balance and bank fees of $35. So I transferred the money back to our checking account to cover the costs. I talked to Kellie, who stated that she would mail a refund check on Friday, April 14. I called back that morning and she assured me that she mailed the refund check, and to expect it Monday or Tuesday the following week. However, the refund check never arrived. I called and left messages Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but no one returned my calls. On Monday, April 24, I finally talked to a woman, who stated that she was in charge of mailing the refund checks and that she had mailed the refund check on Friday, April 21, and to expect it by Tuesday - if it didn't arrive by then, I was to call back. I called back Tuesday and left a message, because it didn't arrive, but no one returned my call. Today is Wednesday, April 26, and the refund check still has not arrived. I just called and left a message again, but expect no one to return my call again. I just want this nightmare to end with a refund of $10,441 for services I cancelled before they cashed the check! 1) They should've abided by their word and never cashed the check after we cancelled the contract. 2) They should've abided by their word and mailed a refund check. 3) They should've returned messages and resolved the issue. Update: 1 month later and still no refund check. They take messages but do not return my calls. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau of New Mexico. If this is not resolved soon, hiring a lawyer is the next step.

P.J. and Mike arrived right on-time and ready to work. They did an excellent job installing our new front door. Anyone who knows a little about this type of job knows that you can have the most well-made door in the world (we went with ProVia), but if it isn't installed properly, nothing else really matters. I can say that these guys did truly professional job, start-to-finish. Additionally, I was very curious about the process and had a lot of questions. They never got impatient with me, and were always willing to stop what they were doing to explain a part of the process, or to make adjustments. They also did an excellent job explaining, ahead of time, how some imperfections in my house's structure (around the door) would affect the outcome of the installation. Regardless, the new door looks amazing and operates perfectly. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new door and I'm glad we went with Renewal by Andersen. We will definitely be coming back to Renewal when it's time to get our patio door replaced!
