The scheduling and follow up to the day of the installation was excellent. Thomas and Carlos were my installers. They were prompt each of two days. They worked throughout the time they were at my home. They covered items in each room and cleaned after each window. Carlos explained the function of each type of window and explained the warranty serial and phone number posted on each window. Quality is superb, price reflects this. Thomas and Carlos were excellent!!!

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency that they replaced the door. Arrived at 0830 and finished by 1130. Gabriel and Ruben did a amazing job installing the sliding glass door. Could have found a lower price for the door but went with the higher price for the lifetime warranty and quality of materials and workmanship.

The entire experience with Andersen was very good - from the first pitch and bid, the second measurement, and then the installation. Installers Thomas and Carlos arrived on time and worked through the day - almost 9 full hours. Their work was impeccable and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their friendliness, skill, and professionalism.

We used Dreamstyle/Renewal by Andersen to replace an 8x8 ft window 12 feet off the ground. With the size and weight of the window and the need for scaffolding, this is not in the realm of most window replacement companies. Since we had used Dreamstyle previously for an out-of-the ordinary job, we turned to them again. After the initial consult with Jerome, another rep came to measure. When the window was fabricated, Leo, Billy and Jose did the job in a day, with a follow-up visit the next week for the outside stucco. Just like our previous job, the new window and surrounding area outside and inside blend in perfectly and look like they were always there. Very pleased.

I was a little fearful after all the horror stories with construction contractors but Jerome from Dreamstyle made me feel comfortable and on several occasions I texted him with a question and he responded promptly. The job was done with professionalism. My synthetic stucco looks the best on the block.

The experience with Renewal by Andersen was phenomenal, especially on the day of installation. We just can't say enough about the care and consideration that PJ and Mike showed our home that day-- as if they were working in their own home. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard the whole time they were at our house-- all of our furniture and belongings were covered, and the house was left completely neat and tidy. Both gentlemen are clearly extremely knowledgeable about the product and made sure we understood all of the steps in the installation process. Truly great service!!! And we love our new windows!!!

We consulted with Dreamstyle Remodeling, since the original sunroom was a Four Seasons. Jerome Rethmel explained all the options, from replacing the sunroom with a new one through building a "sunny room." We chose to convert the space to a conventionally framed/roofed space, with matching existing exterior stucco. We were impressed with his involvement and responsiveness, and with our site manager and the many other workers involved. All put in top quality work, left the space daily fastidiously clean, and went a step beyond on a few points (e.g. window sills not in the contract). Questions were promptly answered and, if need be, details corrected. We recognize they are not the lowest cost in town, but quality and peace of mind count for a lot!
