I am very proud to support locally family owned businesses. Del Valle Concrete is a father and son operation. They were prompt, responsive, professional, and very skilled. They replaced old, uneven, concrete stairs and a retaining wall that lead to our pool. They also resurfaced our pool deck with Kool Deck. They were one time everyday and finished within a weeks’ time. I highly recommend them and I will be calling them in the future to do some more concrete work. Top notch work at a reasonable price!

They were on time and answered every question promptly. They were a pleasure to work with and did a very professional job.

Not only were they one of the cheaper estimates that I received but they were available right away and they did an excellent job installing a sidewalk from my driveway all the way along the side of my house connecting to my back porch. I will be calling them to do more work for me in the future.

What amazing contractors these were. The father/son team was professional and produced quality work in the time frame they had quoted. I have two more jobs in the near future I have already hired them for. Highest recommendation from me!

Initially, I was satisfied with the primary work these people did, however, the overall experience was disappointing because of the last visit to complete the project. The owner of Del Valle Con, Mr. Loisel Rodriguez presented various reasons on why he had failed to finish the last critical aspect of the job including 6 excuses with his last e-mail to me that included his comment that the last detail was a "freebie". Regretfully it was necessary to remind the owner with the specific quote noting the last detail of the job was indeed included with the initial quote. It was unfortunate the red cement from the small water control wall to protect the newly laid cement walk was created without care and has stained/splashed on the newly created sidewalk, distorting the over all visual appeal of the work. The highest quote does not equate with the highest quality and I now regretfully question some of these previous reviews of this company.

They filled in the anchors for the pool cover & I'm having to hire someone to re- drill holes for pool cover. It took me 2 days to clean up their mess. Could do more to clean up, but that's all the time I had.

They say Rome wasn't built in a day, Del Valle Concrete could have the foundations, stem walls, slabs and all the concrete work completed in a day and a half. They would need the extra half day so they could put their high quality standards and their stamp of approval that would stand the test of time. Home Advisor and Del Valle is a partnership that promotes a confidence level that every consumer should experience.

They were always on time, worked hard the whole time on the job. Were not messy, did not leave trash, cleaned the work site each day before leaving.

Loysel and his crew were fantastic. They framed and poured 480 sq ft exposed aggregate patio for me. During the bidding process they were highly responsive and detailed with the work in their bid. The price was the most competitive of the four bids I received. They were on time both days for the framing and pour day. I would recommend them to anyone and will look to them for future work.

Two projects reviewed, will be hiring them for one later. Timely and professional quote.
