Comcast is the worst company ever to deal with. Period. They shuffle you around to people all over the planet with various languages, the right hand is blind to the left, they cannot do simple functions like attach my phone number to a new account, it takes forever to get anything done. They accused my ex of lying to me. They simply are the worst. I have given them thousands of dollars over the last decade. They are a monopoly so they get away with this. Simply awful.

Their punctuality is pretty good. I think their customer service is not always the greatest. They should also get rid of the hidden fees because that's kind of what ruins it.

Came to install new outlets, and discovered the line to the house was an obsolete version, and replaced the whole line. Obviously taking a lot longer than expected, a second guy showed up and helped him finish. Comcast is nobody's bargain, but their service is very good.
