Mario was patient and professional. He fixed my faucet leak and replaced the defective one with a new one. He spent a few hours working on my problem, and he did not postpone the job because it was way after closing hours. I will continue to call Mario whenever I have a plumbing issue! Thank you.

Plumber seemed very inexperienced. Routed snake down wrong pipe and up vent pipe. Snake got stuck and his default was to insist pipe was broken and said breaking the concrete floor of my bathroom was the only way to repair. A contractor friend of mine came over, was able to identify the problem and retrieve the snake, thankfully.
