They said they fix leak, still leaking same place,

Owner came over, did some measurements for the roof, left, and never followed up a quote. When I asked simple questions about potential cost, timeline, etc., he responded with cagey, vague answers. It was clear he wasn't interested in the project (too small, not worth his time?) but did not say anything except I he would send me a quote. I tried calling to follow-up a week later and was told I would be contacted. Never heard anything. It was a complete waste of time.

Small leak in garage roof leaked into pantry of house. Hector Carrasco came out, inspected problem, gave me a fair quote and explained how repair was to be made. When asked how long the repair would take he told me it would only take one day. We made arrangement to do work and crew showed up early morning and finished job by mid afternoon. Very pleased with quality of work.

I would highly recommend Carrasco Roofing for both roofing and stucco application. They are very professional and did an outstanding job of installing a TPO roof and insulation. They also do wonderful stucco work. Both traditional and synthetic stucco. I was so pleased with their work that I recommended the neighbors on each side of my house and they did a TPO roof and synthetic stucco for one neighbor and traditional stucco for the other neighbor. I give Carrasco Roofing an A+ rating for both Roofing and Stucco work.

This company did quality work on my townhouse by paying attention to details; They fixed what hail damage there was and made sure the roof was level to prevent pooling from rains. The roofers worked quietly and steady with no down time; Upon completion of the work the owner came out to personally inspect the roof as TPO System roofs require much care in the application!
