Great people. I really didn't believe that there was a business in ABQ to fix broken plasma TV's. I'll go back if the occasion comes and recommend them to anyone for TV repair.

We have never been able to find ANYONE else who does this, so first it was great to find them, and second, they are awesome to work with. The last time we had this really old reader repaired, they let us know that it was pretty much on its last legs. And then they located a newer one for a SMOKING deal, which really saved my mom and there was absolutely nothing in it for them. Really great guys. Highly skilled, very reasonable prices, personable, and they have HEART. Give them your business! They repair TV's and MUCH MORE!

Exceptional! They asked appropriate questions when I called, to determine what could be wrong with my TV, and they were right on! They don't do in-home repairs, but as I am an elderly woman, they came right out and diagnosed the likely problem. They took the device to their shop, where they confirmed the diagnosis, and ordered a new video board. Once the part was received, they completed the repair quickly, and called to set up a time to return the device. They brought it back, re-installed it, and spent some time making sure everything was perfect, and incidentally gave me some advice on the settings to maximize the screen's life. I will definitely always call them for any electronics repairs!

The first shop We took the TV to was not able to repair it.  Budget TV initially repaired it in a week, but when I picked it up it would not show the picture.  We discovered this in the shop before we left.  Since additionally time was needed we were given a free "loaner" TV. This was very helpful benefit, so we could watch TV during the couple weeks needed for the repair.  The TV had a bad bulb, bad fans, and a bad computer board.  It took a while to diagnose and repair all the problems.  Budget TV kept us informed on how the repairs were going throughout the process.  The High Definition picture is bright, and clear and the TV continues to work flawlessly.   We would use Budget TV again.

Extremely honest & ethical. They could have charged me lots of $ to "fix" my TV, but did not. I'll definitely return when I do need something fixed.

I was pleasantly surprised to actually find a place that could work on cassette players.  I'm moving all my music to a computer program and didn't want to buy a new player for just that purpose so when I found this place, it made my day.  They charged $45 for a look at it then deducted it when it was repaired.  So it cost a total of $90, which is less than I would've spent buying a new one.
I took it in on a Monday and it was finished on Friday.  Everyone in there was very professional and pleasant.  Would definitely use them again.

We've used them in the past for TV repair and things like that. We just felt comfortable with them. Their prices are good, they are quick and we just never had any problem with them. They'll tell you if it's worth repairing, it's not going to cost you more than to buy a new one so that is nice when they don't try to go ahead and repair something that's going to be more costly than replacing it. I haven't dealt with them personally because my husband was the one who does the picking up, the taking and so forth. The people that I've talked to over the phone had been very kind and very nice.

I took the tv for repair in November and they replaced a board. Three weeks later the same board went out again and they replaced it. It had a 90 day warranty. Four months later, the same board went out again and it was no longer under warranty. The owner agreed to make it good and replaced the board with one from a different supplier. I appreciated his making good on the repairs.

Diagnosis was done in the time frame that we expected, explanation of the repair was clear and straightforward.

The interaction went very well. Service provided on time and within budget. Owner and technician were friendly and hospitable and delivered ahead of schedule. Excellent folks to do business with, and I'll continue to take my audiovisual repair needs to them.

Budget TV was very professional and courteous. They kept me up to date
with all the steps (waiting to hear back from the company on parts,
waiting for the parts to arrive, etc). Overall it was a very good
experience, and I was very happy to not have to add another piece of
electronics to the landfill- that was worth every cent. I would
encourage anyone to patronize this business instead of just buying a
replacement TV and throwing the broken one in a landfill.

When we first got there, they provided a cart to transport the tv and seemed to take care of the items they were fixing. The told us the process, we made the first payment, and left. They called us two times; first time was to tell us what the problem was and the second was to tell us when to pick-up the tv. All the employees were very helpful and accommodating.

Budget TV repaired my TV to my satisfaction at the agreed upon price the first time. When the new problem developed a few days later, Jack asked me to bring it back in. He clearly felt bad that this second problem occurred and was eager to diagnose this new problem. When they determined what was causing the problem, he called right away and told me he would not charge me any labor to fix it . He only charged me the cost of the new part which was about $45. He was very fair, very customer oriented and very easy to work with. I felt he worked hard to develop a positive relationship with his customers and we appreciated the extra effort he made to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

It was a pain in the neck to haul the big TV to his store twice but I'm glad we chose Budget TV because they fixed it and when the second problem arose they fixed that as well and didn't soak me in the process. You can trust Jack to fix your TV and to charge you a fair price. When it comes to flat screen repair you are are at the mercy of the guy fixing it to be honest and competent. I feel Jack has both of these qualities and if I ever have TV problems again I will user Budget TV without reservation..

I took in a flat screen tv to be repaired since it had lost its sound. Initially, the owner of Budget TV thought that the problem was the sound software since he had seen problems like that in the past. However, when he went to fix the tv, he found a problem with a power connection. When this was repaired, the sound started working again so he assumed that was the problem.
When I got the tv home. the sound went out within an hour. After returning the tv to Budget TV, they replaced the sound portion of the computer with an updated version at no cost to me although this repair would have been more expensive than the repair that I had paid for. They then tested the tv for several days to make certain that the sound would not go out again. This was appreciated since the tv was being returned to a home that was a 2 hour drive from ABQ. Most importantly, they declined my offer to pay more for this additional repair. Any place willing to swallow the cost of parts and a repair like this has earned my complete respect and trust.
I had used this shop several years ago and was very satisfied at that time as well.

Repaired our Samsung large screen TV- We were told it would be done within the week and it was. Haven't had any trouble since with TV. I would go here again for sure
