Brent's HVACR and Plumbing

Brent was very nice to work with. He came out and thoroughly checked out the house and we addressed some of the many problems with cooling a 2 story house with over 25 windows! We have lived in the house 19 years and have never had a cool summer! We had lots of concerns about changing to refrigerated air. Would it do the job? How much would the electric bill go up? Brent felt that the system he was proposing would work so we had the work done in Sept 2016. The work was done quickly in the estimated time frame. The workers were all punctual, friendly and professional. We were very pleased all of this winter with the heating. The system kept the house at a much more even temp that the old system had. The new hot water heater also works great. I waited to do this review until we really got into some summer heat so I could have some experience with the refrigerated air. So far, we are very pleased! The house is actually cool for the first time in the summer. The unit does a great job keeping the house at whatever temp we set it to and even the upstairs is cool. We had added insulation to the attic prior to the refrigerated air to help it work more efficiently and it seems to be working. The temps have been above 100 for over a week now and we are still comfortable. The last PNM bill was a little higher than last year but not more than expected. Brent helped with all of the paperwork for the rebates associated with this equipment and has been available and responded to any questions we have had.
