Brent was very nice to work with. He came out and thoroughly checked out the house and we addressed some of the many problems with cooling a 2 story house with over 25 windows! We have lived in the house 19 years and have never had a cool summer! We had lots of concerns about changing to refrigerated air. Would it do the job? How much would the electric bill go up? DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We have a 2 story house built in 1993 that had evaporative cooling, the original heater and water heater. In Sept 2016 we had Brent's HVACR replace all three units but converted the swamp cooler to refrigerated air.
