James was professional and understood my many issues. He was removing severe grout haze. While he was working on my patio tile, he noticed the the previous tile person was sloppy. He left bumps and smears of the grout stuck on many, many tiles. One section that other tile person did not even use grout! He used other material and it was already cracking. James showed and talked to me about every issue. James is reasonable with his cost and was concerned for the state of my tile from a poor tile idiot who ripped me off and did not complete the job. I would give James ten stars and would recommend him to all clients that need tile work! Thank you James for the great work!

Phenomenal job on our 14 year old carpets. He worked extremely hard. He did a thorough job of assessing our stains with his black light and explained options for cleaning vs repair in one of the areas. Additionally, he did a triple vacuuming of our rooms before he started cleaning. We have a German Shepherd that sheds buckets and he has a dog that sheds too, so it was much appreciated. He worked almost 4 hours straight without a lunch break, just a coke and bottle of water! He had big fans that helped to dry our carpets and he was kind enough to allow us to keep them overnight. My daughter and I are both immunocompromised, so this was greatly appreciated. Weâ ll definitely have him back in 6 months and if my husband needs someone for commercial/business work, heâ ll definitely refer him. He used two different treatments for freshening and cleaning and they brightened up and refreshed the carpets. Thanks for doing such a great job James!

James did a phenomenal job on our carpets. Our carpets are 14 years old and the products and process he used brightened and cleaned them better than anyone else has ever done. He came in and assessed the damage/condition (we had some previous pet and high traffic areas) before he started. He has a light that illuminates and distinguishes types, locations and severity of stains. He then gave us multiple options for dealing with them. We have a German Shepherd that sheds buckets of hair daily and James triple vacuumed every single room 3 times before he even started cleaning.While working and when he finished cleaning, he brought his fans in to help dry the carpets faster. He was kind enough to leave them overnight because he lived close by. I’m disabled with a compromised immune system and multiple chronic conditions as is my daughter, so this was really going the extra mile. Additionally, he left a message letting us know we should move our coffee table to make sure it dried properly underneath. Very genuine and personable. Five star service! My husband plans on referring him or using him for any all possible commercial jobs. We’re definitely going to have him back in 6 months. Thanks again, James. Best carpet cleaning ever.
