I guess okay. They hardly talked to us.and seemed to rush us out. Wound up selling us a bad car and completely screwing.us other.

My wife loves her Kia Rondo, but has never liked the dark blue color as it shows every speck of dirt and dust here in our desert environment. We had the car painted a golden tan and it turned out very well. There are no areas of overspray, and no areas of uneven paint application. No runs, no drips, no errors, a beautiful paint job all round.There were some delays in getting the car painted due to weather and some shop maintenance that they had to get done. While this was an inconvenience it was not a major problem. The only area in which I could ask for improvement is communication with the customer. The shop did not call us and let us know of the delays and did not give us reasons for them until after the job was done. That was an annoyance, but again, not a major problem.There was one problem that we did not see until we took a trip to Las Cruces a couple of days after picking up the car. The right rear power window would not operate. I took the car in and asked about the problem. The shop owner apologized and asked me to bring the car in the next morning. I took it in and the mechanics moved vehicles out of the shop to get my car in. They had it fixed in less than a half an hour and I was on my way.I do recommend the Auto Shop as a reliable quality service provider that is a long time local family owned business in Alamogordo that does a lot of automotive repair and painting and does it well.
