Mark and his team did a fantastic job of installing my standby generator and its associated gas line and electrical transfer switch. Communication was excellent. He did exactly what he said he'd do, and was always punctual. Work was done on-schedule as promised. Price was very competitive. All in all, a very professional operation.

They were able to come on very short notice due to an emergency. We have used him twice and the work was great both time. Price was very fair. We recommend him highly.

They responded quickly with an estimate that was competitive based on some others I received and scheduled promptly. Two people worked on the job. They seemed patient and took their time getting things right. The whole job took about 3 hours, most of it spent on the circuit. They cleaned up well after finishing the work. I would definitely use them again.

I've heard people say - "If you don't nothing good to say about someone, then don't say anything." So there, I said it. . .

When he left, the generator seemed to be working. Then after a couple of weeks it stopped working. He was not happy because I did not pay for the labor. I told him that I will pay in a few weeks if the generator is still working.

When he left the battery was not working, he stated that he probably have to change the sensor. Everything was fine.

When he left the generator worked fine, after a couple of weeks it stopped working again. They stated that maybe I need to change the battery. I called them again to change the battery.

Mark and his team did an excellent job installing a whole-house standby generator. He was very punctual every day and showed up at 8:30 in the morning. He and his team worked efficiently and was able to complete the entire job in 2.5 days. Mark also applied for all the necessary permits and he was present when the inspections were being conducted. He was very responsive throughout the process in terms of answering questions and organizing logistics and I would hire Mark again for my other electric work.

Through Angie?s list, we purchased a $200 deal for two hours of electrical work to be performed by MF Electric. Mark from MF arrived at the agreed-upon time, and the first thing we asked Mark to do was to reconnect two metal rods from which our dining room chandelier was suspended from the ceiling. Our wooden dining room table was underneath the chandelier, and Mark moved the table to one side of the dining room to give himself room to work, but as the dining room is not wide enough, he was not able to move the table entirely out of the way of the chandelier. Within just a minute or two of my leaving the room once Mark began work, I heard a crash, and upon returning, saw that the entire chandelier had fallen from the ceiling, and had incurred significant damage in the fall (3 of 5 glass bowls broken, several light sockets cracked, etc). Additionally, as Mark had only placed a cloth protector on the floor and nothing on the table, the chandelier had gouged and scratched the table as it fell on it. Mark was unapologetic, but did say he would contact the store where we bought the chandelier the following week to determine what, if any, replacement parts for the chandelier were available, and would be in contact with us. I subsequently contacted the dining room table manufacturer to determine how to repair the damage to it. After describing the damage to them, I was told that the only way to properly repair it was to have them sand it down to the depth of the gouges, and then re-finish it using the same lacquer they used in its manufacture. With pickup, delivery and tax, I was told this would cost $2,070.45 (the original purchase price for the table was about $5,000). I also brought the damaged chandelier to a lighting retailer recommended as a possible repair source by the store I had purchased the chandelier from. This individual determined that the extent of the damage made the chandelier irreparable. Its original purchase price several years earlier was $495. I never heard from Mark the following week, and therefore called the business number twice, leaving a message on both occasions stating that I wanted to discuss what had happened the prior week. No return call has been received. At this point, I?m seeking a total of $2,855 to cover the table repair, replacement cost of the chandelier (including tax), and installation cost of a new chandelier.

They were fine and they were good. The guy came on Christmas eve. We're trying for a long time to get it scheduled but he did a lot of looking around to give me estimates on other stuff and I never heard from him. That was a little bit disappointing. I talked to him about fixing and replacing the basement lights and I asked for quotes. He said he'd get back to me but he never did.

Awesome!  I called him back for another light replacement and will use him again for any electrical issues that come up.

Mark was punctual to the minute, and very professional, providing his business card as he arrived. He evaluated both problems and knew exactly what was needed. After going to purchase needed parts, he returned to complete both jobs in under 1 hour. Now I have lights in both places !! YAY !! I kept his card and will most definitely use his services again. It was a pleasure to have his services in my home.
