Charged a very high price for poor quality work!

The owner is very nice and she tried to make things right but unfortunately the people that work for her donâ t do a very good job. We tried for a while but the level of cleaning was not good. I would always have to go back and re- clean things and have to clean things they just completely missed. I would not recommend this company

Helen was very professional to deal with. I was given a reasonable quote to do a complete cleaning of my home prior to listing it for sale. The cleaning crew did a good job.

The services what overpriced and not good at all. We payed 250 dolars for nothing. The house was exactly at it was before the cleaning. This is a total scam, they take advantage of the costumers. I will NOT recommend this service. Please be aware

Very happy with my team ... they are efficient and friendly, and leave the house looking and smelling very clean. I have hired them on a regular basis. Consider doing it for yourself!

Be very careful I have hired numerous contractors from Home Advisor and never had to give a bad review! Helen came with a crew of (5) five and stayed 3.5hrs to clean (you could see they were in a rush) an entire home from post-construction - there were so many areas that had to be re-cleaned from windows, doors frames, chandeliers, bathrooms, mirrors and so on... I sent pictures to the owner! I will not use or recommend again.

Helen (the owner) came over at the promised time and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We have a rather large 2 story house with an office wing. Four people came over to clean. They were thorough and every room was spotless. They even did a bit more than asked. The staff was professional (and very friendly as well). We decided to hire them to come once a week!

We hired Helen for our office, they did a wonderful job! 2 women came down at the time requested and did a thorough cleaning job in our office. Would highly recommend.

We needed a post construction clean-up and I called Helen who rearranged her schedule to accommodate us. She sent over two women who were wonderful and worked really hard! I would highly recommend Helen's Cleaning Service and plan to use them again in the future!

Helen was amazing dealing with the coop board and getting all the approved documents needed in order to just enter my building. She made me and my husband feel comfortable and relaxed after a very stressful renovation. Our contractor left our place a mess and Helen (plus one) cleaned up everything and made us feel great about moving back in and knowing our place was taken care of and spotless. Her work is top notch and she worked with our very hectic schedule. We will be hopefully using her services again monthly.

Unfortunately they were not able to complete work as I also had a drapery on-site dry cleaning service at my home and the fumes were bad, However still waiting for them to come back and complete ,work was done a week ago and I paid in full
