As always, the service at Firestone in Wyckoff was fantastic. I went in for a noise in my recently replaced brakes. Mike the manager took care of me and found the brake pads to be defective, under warrenty and replaced them at no charge without question. He took care of this himself. He noticed the tires were wearing oddly and cracking. He checked my records and found they weren't very old at all. He strongly suggested replacing them and prorated a large portion of the tires cost to my new ones. The tires I picked were the ones he was going to recommend. He made sure he had them in stock and put my car up on the rack to get them done. And, even threw in balancing for free, to compensate me for my "trouble". My car handles great and stops " on a dime " with no problems. He even called the following Monday to see how everything was ! You can't ask for better service than that ! I am a regular Wyckoff Firestone customer for sure ! Thanks Mike !!
