Iâ m a pretty particular guy - blue boxer was very accommodating and met and exceeded my demands - I had 4 plumbing outfits look at the job I wanted to have done - two were rejected because they wouldnâ t meet my demands - one wouldnâ t even come out to look at the job - blue boxer come and met all my demands - Keith Owens and his crew are very personable and easy to get along with - next time I need a plumber Blue Boxer will be my first choice

They called me and came right out looked everything over and gave me estimate and i had a couple of other estimates and i felt more comfortable with them and the price and hired. Them. They got to work right away and my water heater was done .

He answered any questions I had fully and to my satisfaction. I am going to call them for any future plumbing jobs I have.

Like many of the other reviews stated, I thought that the cost was a little on the higher end....but I do not have a problem paying for excellent service. Joe McInnis made my call simple, straightforward and quick. I would definitely use them again should the need arise!

The technician, Joe McGinnis, arrived quickly because it was an active leak in my pipe. He was pleasant, carefully explained everything in advance, and did what appeared to me to be a very competent repair. His cleanup after the repair was excellent. I would definitely hire him again.
