Aaron and Trevor came right away, about an hour after I called. They fixed our issue and also a few other things and the final price was less than originally estimated. Who does that these days? Super happy with this company and especially with these guys. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company for several reasons. When I had a pipe burst unexpectedly, they responded immediately to my call and were at my house in under an hour! Joe was super friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the issue, gave me a free estimate, and immediately completed the repair to perfection. He then checked all the other pipes in my house and even repaired a potential issue for free! I was extremely pleased with their work, pricing, and stellar customer service. Would absolutely recommend them and would call them again if I ever need a plumber!

Keith was quick in responding to my request for a replacement hot water heater. He came to the house and gave me an estimate from the purchase of the unit to the installation. He ordered the unit and we scheduled an appointment once the unit was available - just a matter of days. Aaron and Travis did the installation and were courteous, knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Blue Boxer Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. We are extremely pleased with the team Keith and his son and highly recommend Blue Boxer Plumbing!

Keith along with his partner and son did a great job replacing, relocating and upgrading our water heater. They even went as far as upgrading our water line to our new recently purchased frig at no cost to us. This company responded quickly to my quote request and the price provided was fair and on par with other completed jobs in the area for the same type of work. Also they were professional and courteous. The secretary was awesome for responding to any inquires I had throughout the process. She was also very friendly, professional and courteous. I recommend this company for anyone seeking a plumbing professional.

My project was not on your list. 1) replace clogged drain pipe with new one. 2) re-connect new drain with kitchen drain. 3) Add additional drain pipe to empty with bathroom drain pipe. 4) install vent for upstairs sink. Both Aaron and Trevor were very professional, and did a remarkable job. When faced with a critical decision, they conferred with Keith, and followed his advice which was the best solution to the problem. If You are looking for a plumber or heating technician STOP RIGHT HERE!!! There is not enough space on the internet to describe the disaster that happened to me. Keith came to my rescue where others had failed and left me suffering for months. He showed up at my door like you expect professionals to do. I literally sent a message at 7 a.m. one day and he was at my house by 9 a.m. my problems were mounting quicker than I could solve them. Keith's calm and stable demeanor calmed me down. He listened as I spoke he help assess and diagnose my problems, and I do mean problems plural. He started working on my problems the very next day, where others left me hanging for weeks. One by one he tackled each problem calmly and professionally. Each time he took his precious time and held my hand through each crisis. I told him he should charge me for therapy!!! At the pinnacle Keith gave me the best advise that saved my life and the life of my pets. For those of you who have a pessimistic approach to life, this is no exaggeration. There was a gas leak in my house that both the gas company and two furnace technicians missed and was literally making my little family sick. I followed his advise as extreme as it sounded and everyone is safe and healthy today because of his experience and his great ability to listen! I can not say enough good things about my experience with Blue Boxer Keith and co. are my plumbers and friends for life now. The technicians are just as equally wonderful as he is Trevor and Aaron are kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I'll tell you....you could not pay me enough to do what these guys did for me. It is no joke when you see the truck and it says "as loyal as your best friend", again this is no exaggeration. They stuck by me in a manor no other company showed me. They actually fixed what other plumbers had thoughtlessly thrown together then ran off with my money. So if you are hesitant about what maybe at the other end of making a phone call to call in a plumber, DO NOT HESITATE HERE!!!!! if there where 10 stars I'd give them 20! But there are only 5 which is not enough in this case!!!!!!!!

Keith and his assistant plumber have now completed two projects at my home. Both projects were done well, professionally, timely and at a more than reasonable cost. Will use them for future projects and highly recommend them.
