Management (Louis) was very upfront with his pricing and even gave me an estimate over the phone and his price was a bargain compared to his competitors. Their plumber, Aaron, did a real nice job installing a water valve and new toilet. I would definitely use this company again.

The service man was courteous and friendly. He totally explained what he found, our options for repair and the costs of each. The project was completed quickly and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome...we will keep their number for the future.

I would like to say from the beginning to the end they were perfect. Lou contacted me immediately to see if he could send a tech out to fix my leaking pipe. The person that he sent to my home was such a professional and I would reccomend Joe McGinnis to anyone. He worked late so we could get our water turned back on. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. These are definitely people I would hire again!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was amazing in all facets. We had a major flood in our basement (with sewage water) because the main line from our house to the sewer system was clogged. I placed a request for an emergency plumber on Angie s list and within 30 seconds, I received a call from BFP. They had a plumber to my house in an hour. Immediately upon completing their end of the service and solving the problem, they contacted a professional cleaning service and had them to our house in another hour. They were prompt and professional and I am extremely grateful! I would recommend BFP to anyone!

The work was done correctly the first time. The rep was cordial. They are a bit pricey. They arrived on time. The would not accept their coupon for $50 off. 10/23/19 Spoke with Lou (Office Manager) he reviewed the coupon and even thought tho coupon was out of market he was kind enough to honor the coupon. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Punctual and professional

for the time spent it was alot of money but since I didnt have the proper tools I was stuck hiring a profesional. $300 to unclog a drain pipe is a bit steep.
