All repair job was done quickly and hope with high quality but it will be visible only next winter... Price was little bit higher than other asked but he came earlier than others and fixed everything quickly. That's actually what I needed.

Before he finished the job he demanded final payment. When I said not until you finish, he threatened to rip off the roof, called an inspector, left garbage in the yard, did not fix a leak, flooded my house because it was not properly tarped during a rain storm, did not fix rain damage. This was my worst experience with a contractor!

The owner came out as arranged and gave me a free estimate, and provided it in writing as requested. He showed up on time on the day arranged for the work to be done, and did a great job installi g nee gutters and downspouts. At no charge, he even sealed some places in new siding we had just had done by another vendor. He also spotted a place on my roof where there was a gap near the edge, and gave me a price to patch it. The price was excellent, so i had him go ahead with the work. They cleaned up after their work and walked me through the job when completed. I was extremely pleased with the job by Emily Home Improvement and would certainly recommend them to anyone, and would hire them again.

I was also looking at a roof replacement (besides the gutters), and they were honest enough to tell me that I could get another 5 yrs at least from my existing roof, while other contractors didn't say boo.
