This is the 4th or 5th time I've used Ameritech and would not hesitate to call them again. They were on time, very professional and left the property like nothing happened in under 7 hours. I've referred them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I love my new SmoothStar ThermaTru side door. It looks great. Shawn patiently waited as I investigated the many style options. The final choice was the color. Alpine white turned out to be terrific. It is a little creamier than brilliant white but works great for my kitchen. The sample from ThermaTru was very helpful. Installation was very careful and professional. Installing the storm door took a bit more effort in a tight space. When I discovered a problem Josh came back the next day and corrected it. At my request he also added a leveler at the threshold to avoid tripping. This was a great experience.

Professional, Reliable, Completed work on time. Made more than appropriate suggestions. As a result my 3 Season room on the lower level of my home which is right on the woods is pollen free due to the polyurethane inserts on the screens. They are held in place by a pin type mechanism and are easily removed. Room built in 2013 and just this week due to very heavy utilization of the screen door the hinges became loose. I called Shawn. He came right out and fixed the issue and did not charge me even though I advised him we had very heavy traffic. I will call this company every time I need any assistance. The best customer service I have ever had!

Ameritech is a quality company. I found them through Home Advisor when I lived in my previous home and they replaced the roof there about 4 years ago. In my new home, I needed to replace my roof. I looked no further than Ameritech. We were pleased with their work four years ago and we were equally pleased this time. Shawn spent time inspecting my roof, provided me good information and answered all of my questions. Larry, the Project Manager, was on site most of the day. He ensured that work was done properly and clean up was prompt. I wholeheartedly endorse Ameritech Services. Wendy in the office was always cordial and responsive. The guys who did the actual labor were courteous and hard working.
