ADAMS TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE

Adams Technical Maintenance was with us from the day of the fire until our return to our home this weekend. Jim, our initial contact the evening of the fire, was calm and reassuring and monitored what was going on with boarding up the house even though it was not his responsibility. He was there when I needed someone who knew the ropes and who could guide me at a highly emotional time. Subsequently, all crews were helpful, compassionate, respectful, careful, and thorough. Phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly and with all the information needed. The detailed cleaning was incredible. The packing was meticulous, and the care given to our valuables and family treasures was deeply appreciated. In particular, I would like to commend Renee, who oversaw everything from day to day and was always available to respond to my questions or issues. She went above and beyond in every instance. Marie and Lynda were our primary cleaners, and I have never seen two women work harder or take greater care to ensure that everything was done in the most professional manner possible. The guys on the crew were also amazing, and when a full team was needed to re-place our model train layouts, they were there and ready to work. While I do not know all their names, I can honestly state that they, too, were careful, courteous, and helpful. While I was assigned this company through my insurance adjuster, I can say unequivocally that I would highly recommend Adams Technical Maintenance for any restoration services. This is a company that understands the value of good customer service and attention to detail. They recognize the stress of dealing with the aftermath of catastrophe and helped every step of the way. I hope to never need such services again, but if I do, I will most definitely request Adams Technical Maintenance to do the work.
