+ -1 moreZebra Blinds is a business which has no credibility; sells an inferior product line, is not BBB accredited, does not back up its guarantees, and is not transparent with its company ownership. I asked for a full refund for inferior quality window blinds. Approved a 3" sq sample of blackout blind material; material that is guaranteed by the company to filter out all light. Upon installation, sun light filtered through. Sent pictures and refund request within the appropriate time period to do so. Refund denied due to my approving a sample labeled as blackout. There is a blatant contradiction and bad business here; a guarantee of the blackout material in their catalog but not of the sample of that identical material.
