I don’t know what I would do without Mimi!! She leaves my house fresh and unbelievably clean. I am a breast cancer survivor who has limitations with range of motion and she has been absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Mimi!!! Crew was excellent. But I did not get the specified items I asked to be done. I need basically a dust free cleaning every time of service. My husband, my pet & I all have allergies. I need my all my couches vacuumed & the couch in the family room cleaned with a specific cleaner I have. I know the crew does not do high work, but there are areas to be done that are semi high. I have purchased the items needed to clean these areas. Also, I need all knick knacks wiped each time a cleaning is done.

Mimi does a very good job. She is punctual and if she is going to be let she gives advanced notice. If there is something you want her to pay extra attention to, just let her know and she will follow through. I've hired her to come every 2 weeks. I would certainly recommend her to others.

I have a some what small apartment and with two people it can get easily cluttered. I was somewhat nervous because we have a lot of stuff laying around but MiMi went around stuff and still cleaned. Everything went great. She did a good job and very thorough. She came on time and stayed for a few hours. She did a great job on my shower stall. It easily becomes grimey and moldy due to it now having a window. I’ve tried everything and basically gave up. She has it looking new. I so appreciated everything she did.

Mimi was friendly and showed up on time. I was quoted a price of $80-$120 for my house over the phone. I asked her to clean windows, baseboards, appliance, bathrooms, ceiling fans, etc. in addition to things she would normally clean. We had some painters in the bedrooms, and I said that I was ok to ignore those rooms but asked that the master bathroom still be cleaned. When she finished, she charged me $120. After she left, I noticed that the oven was still filthy from the previous owners and neither of the upstairs bathrooms had been cleaned. I was charged full price but only had half of my house cleaned. Will not use her service again.

"Thank you for your review. There were painters in the home... Both bathrooms were cleaned but being that the tiles in the master bathroom were old there isn’t a way to make them appear brand new. Not only was the bathrooms cleaned but they were cleaned twice, once by my helper and then again by me. The 4-5 painters were walking in and out of the house after each of their smoke breaks. The painters were not contained to the rooms they were painting and may have used the bathrooms. Both my helper and I were cleaning the home for 2 hours. Ovens are not something I typically clean unless requested and that is typically an additional charge. As I do not carry the supplies required for a deep oven cleanse. Thank you again.. Mimi is a great find! Very professional and works very hard. I'll admit, that I have a unique house with tall ceilings and at times an unmanageable spiral staircase, which can make it difficult to lug a vacuum upstairs. She and her co-worker Elizabeth, manage to get the house completed in a few hours, and it's always a great job. I trust her implicitly (I've given her a key and security code) so she can let herself in, when I'm not home. I know that when I walk into my home, I can instantly tell that Mimi has been here. I'll take a deep breath and know that the house has this wonderful "smell" of "clean". I would recommend Mimi to everyone.

Mimi and her assistant do excellent work. I've been using her for 10+ years now. She does the standard house cleaning when she comes, but also works on various smaller cleaning projects on each visit. I remember one visit she actually pulled the refrigerator out from the wall to clean behind it! She is very thoroughly, trust-worthy and reliable. I highly recommend her!
