"Hello Alpi. I knew this review was coming but I wish you were a little bit more honest about what happened. to put it simply, I gave you the right expectations for how long the job would take. A week to 2 weeks depending. You originally had attic work scheduled 3 days after I would start the job, and you just assumed everything should be taken care of by then. Your expectations were 100% unrealistic, and you belittled me over the phone and hung up on me. I offered to come back out the following day, and you wanted me there the same day even though it wasn't feasible for me. I'm sorry that you feel this way, But I won't be belittled by you."

"Rayon, I haven't blocked you at all. I applied the one-way door, to kick the animals out of the spot. I went up on the roof, so I was able to see everything I needed to. You felt very strongly about me opening up a hole on the front of the house that someone previously closed off, which I cannot do anyway because it voids whatever warranty you have with that company, but also would not make much sense to do. I took care of that hole, the noise stopped for a bit, and the hole I closed off is intact. I cannot control where they go after considering that the house is not in great condition, and you were on a fixed budget and could only spend so much."
