They use third party contractors but they offered the lowest price (with same supplies used for all quotes) and they have a third party warranty that will still be in effect even if the company closes down. The work was done well, clean up was good, and the work completed quickly. I had some damage to my gutters but they paid for the repairs.

I was contacted very soon after putting out the info on Service Magic. I got the estimate very quickly. They worked very well with me on the type and quality of materials. The price I got was way under what I expected to pay for the amount of work I had done. They were over $1000. 00 under the nearest estimate I received. My only complaint would be that it to a few more days than I was quoted. I would highly recommend them to all.

Signed a contract on 6-15. They have yet to start on 9-1. Twp has been some of the delay because of the permits. Will follow up.

Since construction has not begun yet it is somewhat premature to be completing a rating form. So far my wife and I are happy with our experience. I would suggest however that when presenting a bid you include some visual depictions of the project being offered. We almost chose another bidder because of that fact. Once your company presented a rendering of what was being proposed we chose you. We will keep you posted as the project moves foreward. So far, so good.
