We really be pleased working with Premier Builders and Remodeling on our home restoration. We added 650 sq. upstairs and remodeled our living space. We had to move out for four months, but it was worth it. They were awesome in every way. They were very professional, cautious, and focused on quality. This made everything SMOOTH and EASY. We were happy that the construction took only five months. We love how our home turned out. Premier Builders and Remodeling really made our house into a dream home. We highly suggest them to anyone who needs a great design and build team.

I recently hired Premier Builders and Remodeling to work on my home improvement project. We get to work at a room addition, flooring, painting, and kitchen and bathroom remodels. Their professionalism and clarity were impressive. Their commitment to the timetable and their excellent communication skills made the process smooth. I did definitely recommend Premier Builders and Remodeling for quality craftsmanship and a hassle-free home renovation.

It was great working with Premier Builders and Remodeling , they are a design and build firm and I could really tell that they new what they were doing from the beginning. They built for us an addition of 800 sq. and completely remodeled the house- we now have a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, a amazing fireplace with quartzite slabs and a lot more! We have expensive tastes but they new exactly how to work with all the materials we purchased- their team is amazing and their workmanship is outstanding!

All work done under one lead company. all subcontractors were professional and quality of work was excellent.

PBR was amazing. I had a very complex and extensive addition and remodel they were on time, pricing was on point, and I have since hired them a second time for another project. They are my go to remodel and improvement firm.

If you want work done in a timely manner, hire someone else. It took over a year for my addition to be completed. This company uses unreliable and somewhat incompetent subcontractors. The original concrete contractor stopped showing up and there was a delay waiting for another, and some of his work needed to be fixed. The carpenters did not show up on a regular basis. When cutting through the outside wall, they used a saw with a long blade that cut through my bedroom and closet wall, cutting clothes, a commemorative plate and frame, and electric wires. The painter painted one room the wrong color and neglected to prime the walls or wipe off spackle dust. As a result, the paint is peeling off the walls. A leak was repaired with caulk and no one ever came to install flashing as I was told they would. The cut walls and paint were not fixed. The minisplit heating/AC unit leaves me with over 70% humidity and drips from the wall unit. The HVAC contractor does not show up for months in response to reported problems. The manufacturer claims that there is no problem, but agrees the humidity should be better controlled. I was constantly told that problems would be resolved, but other than false promises and guarantees, no one showed up to fix the paint (the owner, Scott, maintained that the representative from the paint company was wrong when he told me what needed to be done), repair the damaged wall, or flash the leak that was caulked, When I thought this would actually be done, I agreed to another contract to fix the grading and footing in my pole barn and build a patio. Both of those jobs were a disaster and I am paying other contractors to fix them. Then, PBR posted a reply to my review that is almost totally untrue. I NEVER sued my township, had a very good relationship with the inspector, and Scott knew full well that I had a suit against the barn builder - he even met with the inspector and sent people to repair it. He knows that he is lying.

Quality work.

As far as we are concerned Premier Builders and Remodelers (also known as PBR) has failed in every measurable way regarding their work at our home. Our nightmare began when PBR started work on our home addition and remodeling project in mid-April 2019. As of September 2020, the nightmare continues. We certainly feel in hindsight that their contract was predatory as they received payment for over 95% of the project cost in June 2019 while much of the work remained incomplete. As per schedule they were still due to complete the job in July 2019 but after receiving the June payment work subsequently slowed to a trickle. Since they abandoned the job in January 2020 PBR has simply ignored the laundry list of issues that still remain. We have provided them with MANY examples of what we see as their shoddy workmanship, unprofessional behavior, incomplete work and outright dishonesty.

They do great work but bad at keeping you up to dste with what is going on. Also watch what electrican they use. Had problems with the one they used!

Steve Fiegeles hired people to install roof shingles. Premier builders stated they were GAF certified but when i checked online with GAF certification verification Premier Builders were not certified since 2010. The roof was done 2015 to 2016 time frame. I had a 3rd party roofing company inspect my roof. Due to the improper installation of the roof it was deemed severely compromised ( gave it approximately 8 yrs or so .stated in report) based on the longevity of the roof; it is supposed to last 25 years. Also he substituted a few items from the contract to save money. At the end he tried to charge me additional money to get the final CO from township including overcharging me for window modifications and painting charges which i have email history of . Do NOT use this company. There are more honest ones out there.

If you hire them get a definite start date & a very definite end date with a penalty. Ask for Jim as your lead carpenter& Glen King for your heating & plumbing.

Awesome! The guys were great from sales to final details. They were flexible, returned calls promptly, and really took the time to make sure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend Premier. Our home looks like brand-new and has gotten raves from neighbors and family. We have recommended them already and will definitely be using Premier for future projects.
