Our carpets are rather old and somewhat worn so I didn't have a lot of high expectations and before using Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning the carpets never appeared appreciably cleaner after being cleaned than before, but THIS time the difference was as clear as night and day. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. We were told before the cleaning even started that some heavily soiled areas would need repeated cleaning. They did, just as predicted and Joe Stark, owner/operator came back at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to repeat clean those areas! He told us how to treat any accidental stains should they happen and provided his own proprietary cleaner to use on them. I highly recommend both the person and the service provided! Joe Stark is a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and completely profession! No reservations in giving him the highest recommendation possible. I got a supply of his cards to give to friends, he's that good!!

Joe is a wonderful and kind person who has great respect for what he does. I have asthma and cannot stand chemical smells of any kind. Joe's organic cleaning smelled of beautiful oranges for a short amount of time and then, nothing. I was truly amazed!!! You cannot go wrong using his service! Our carpet looks so beautiful now and it was done in a healthy way!

Joe was very professional and explained his process in easy to understand terms.  I like that he uses an organic product with no residual residue left behind.  He was on time and worked quietly and quickly.  He is the owner and does all work himself.  No inexperienced employees or subcontractors to worry about.  He provided a bottle of spot cleaner for free so I could clean any future spots created by my four-legged baby.  It worked like a charm twice with no yellowing left behind by other name brand pet cleaners.  The carpet dried quickly, smelled great and looks brand new.  I won't hesitate to use Joe and Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning again next year to keep my carpet in tip top shape.    

Amazing job - highly recommended! The compan is operated by the owner, Joe Stark. He showed up on time, got the job done, and finished on time. Clearly, he's been doing this long enough to know how to do it right. Loved the fresh citrus smell and organic nature of the process, especially with small kids that eat everything they drop on the floor. He's busy because he's good, so I recommend you plan ahead. Added bonus, my carpets were completely dry in a couple of hours, rather than the all day soaking I've experienced before. Thanks for the great work Joe!

In my search for a carpet cleaning service, Joe was the most courteous, professional, and a very knowledgeable expert.  His prices were fair and took his time to get the job completely done.  He provided detailed expectations of the service and pointed out problem areas.
Furthermore, he was right on time and communicated throughout the whole process.  I even decided to wait an extra week to get Joe to come out to my area.
Joe is an excellent choice if you're looking for quality carpet cleaning.

This is the 2nd time we used this company, the first time was with an Angie's list coupon. The owner, Joe Stark, does EVERY job himself. We called him on Monday and he got us an appointment on Saturday an 7:00 AM (Easter Weekend). Not only is he responsive and accommodating, he does a great job as well.  He will be the only carpet cleaner we use in the future.

First I would like to say that Joe is a pleasure to work with and does a fantastic job!  He texts you the night before with an approximate time and continues to text you the next day up until he is on his way!  No contractor has ever done this for me before so I do not have to sit at home and wait for a 3 or 4 hour window.  He comes into you home and explains what he is doing, how he is doing it, what he uses to clean and what you should expect when finished.  Once you use his services you will never want anyone else cleaning your carpets!! Kudos Joe for a job well done!

When you make an appointment, Joe advises you what he needs you to do for him before he arrives; such as, what items should be taken up or removed so he can efficiently clean.

Joe arrived on time as promised and was finished in just three hours.  One room was 18x18 and the other was 11x17.  Joe asked questions and provided information on everything he did.  The furniture looks great and the stains in the carpets are gone.  During and after the job there was no industrial order.  Everything feels and smells fresh.  We would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Excellent job

Joe and his son were the ultimate professionals!  Courteous, responsive and excellent quality work.  You can tell that they take pridie in their work and consider customer service a priority.  I highly recommend them!

I dealt with Joe who is the owner of the business.  He was extremely professional and courteous.  He fully explained the process he uses to clean the carpeting and offered to answer any questions I might have on several occasions.  The work took just under two hours and the results were fantastic.  We have two black labs who bring a lot of dirt into the house, primarily the family room.  Despite my best efforts to clean the carpeting with a home carpet cleaning machine, it just wasn't getting the carpet clean.  Joe got the carpet completely clean and it looked new again.  He also did a fantastic job on the other parts of the house he worked on.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their carpeting cleaned and would definitely use him again.
