MY EXPERIENCE WITH DELAWARE VALLEY CARPET CLEANING, WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was excellent. The schedule was based on a discussion and it was well within expectation. The prices were consistent with the big deal. They were honest, dependable and professional. Their price was reasonable. I will surely use them again in the future.

Couldn't have gone any better. Joe was totally professional. Carpets came up great. He called after completion to see if we had any issues. I will definitley use him again when the opportunity comes up.

Joe was right on time and did the work completely and professionally. He removed dirt from traffic lanes and several spots from the carpet. Looks great!

I had purchased the Angie's List big deal. Joe called to set up an appointment once he had received info from Angie's List. (for other vendors, I have had to call to set up an appointment). He called to confirm the appointment and arrived at the promised time. He went over what he was going to do, and pointed out faded areas of the carpet because of the sun. The cleaning itself went very well. The citrus scent was obvious when he was cleaning but it dissipated very quickly. The carpet now looks great, even in areas of high traffic. I would highly recommend Joe's services.

I have used Joe for over 12 years in both my primary residence and beach property. He is always meticulous, professional and prompt with his services. My carpets are in wonderful condition due to his cleaning methods and spot cleaners that he provides. If you have an emergency stain/spill that needs attention, Joe is there immediately to take care of things and he will stay as long as it takes to get things clean. We had a wine stain back in 2009 on our dinning room rug, had 3 different companies work on that stain and it wasn't until we hired Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning that the stain was finally removed and it never appeared again! What I like best about this company is that the owner is very professional and conscientious about is profession. We have animals and with the product that Joe leaves for us we are able to keep our carpets stain and odor free. It's also a plus that within 2 hours your carpets are dry and smell better than new. He used a substance in the carpet that eliminates the stain and the odor. He sets a date to come, and he gives you an estimate. Then he will ask if there's anything you want to add or subtract from the service. I always have the protective service added to his service. He doesn't soak the carpet, they always dry after a few hours so it won't ruin the matting. He only uses non-toxic cleaners. He's very honest, professional and pleasant. His work is fabulous.

We bought their Big Deal coupon but we did have him do the sofas and the living room as well, which was not a part of the Big Deal so it cost us more than the deal amount. The service turned out very well. The guy was very professional, knew his stuff, and we got a good result. He was quick and courteous too.

He was great. He called after the job was done to make sure everything was still clean. He said if any spots showed up he would come back to take care of it for free. He is very trustworthy.

He was punctual, explained what he was going to do and respected my property. He worked quickly and answered all my questions. I had a concern over the cleanliness of one carpet and he came back, no questions asked, and re-cleaned it. He called me twice to follow up and make sure we were happy with the work. I have used this company for about 25 years. Mr. Stark came to my home in Pitman, NJ about 25 years ago. He then came to my other home in Media, Pa. for 22 years. He in addition, comes to Ocean City, NJ to clean the carpets in my rental properties. The wear and tear on the carpets in the rental properties is heavy. He always makes my carpet nice and fresh. After Superstorm Sandy, he came to clean the carpets as soon as I could have him come after the repairs were completed. This time, my dog had been sick on the carpet. Delaware Valley Carpet Clean cleaned and disinfected the entire carpet. The stain is gone and the smell is no longer evident. He also cleaned the carpet at one of my rental properties. A prior tenant's child vomited on the carpet. Joe, cleaned the spot and it is absolutley gone. Mr. Stark is always punctual and conscientious. I highly recommend his work.

Joe Stark, owner of Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning, is the most professional and meticulous carpet cleaner I have ever used. In fact this is the second time Joe has cleaned carpet in our house. This project was especially difficult as the carpet had been soiled by our very ill cat, Isis. Joe did not stop until every spot was removed from this very dirty carpet. . He also again cleaned an area of carpet in our dining room he had treated a few months ago because some spots had reappeared. Joe had told me, when he originally cleaned this carpet, to expect reappearance of the stains and that he would take care of them at no additional cost when that happened. He was good to his word. And you should know he provides this service to all who contract with Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning. Joe also leaves a bottle of his wonderful spot remover when he leaves. I appreciate fine service and will pay a premium for it. For the amount of work Joe completed and the fresh scent and new looking carpet in our basement, Joe earned every cent I paid for his exceptional service. I understand Joe has received an unfavorable rating from another Angie's List member. This person was out of his service area and was disgruntled because Joe would not drive almost 100 miles to her house. I'm sure she was disappointed. However this is not a reflection on the amazing service Joe Stark provides his clients. Call him. You will not be disappointed.

I've been dealing with Joe Stark since 2004. He's a true professional in every sense of the word. He shows up on time, he completes the work efficiently and effectively and as an added bonus he's just a nice guy. I would never hesitate to refer him to any of my friends or business associates. He uses all natural materials on your carpets so if you have pets or small children it's the best! The carpets also dry faster and smell great because of the natural materials he uses. He always leaves a few "free" bottles of his natural spot remover after he finishes the job. In addition, he is one of the most honest people I know so you don't have to hesitate about leaving him a key and allow him to clean the carpets while you're at work. All things being equal, you can't put a price tag on honesty. Hire Joe...you won't be disappointed.

Joe is highly professional, punctual, and meticulous. He assessed the job once he saw my carpets and discussed the removal of stains, the cleaning process and the application of protectant. He did an excellent job and my rugs came out beautifully, including a few tough stains left behind by a pet on one of the carpets. He said he'd come back and retreat those areas if they were still visible after the carpets dried. I noticed two of them the next day, and called Joe. He returned my call promptly and a few weeks later, Joe came back and retreated the areas, leaving me with plenty of product to treat small stains in the future. I asked him to measure the rest of the house, so I can call and book a carpet cleaning and get an estimate over the phone. He is remarkable at what he does. I will recommend him highly to friends and family.

Wow! Del Val carpet cleaning changed the life of my carpet. After my first cleaning the bounce was back in each step I took, it was like getting new padding. I spilled a full glass of red wine on my light taupe carpet. Del Val came out and got quite a bit of it out but after my normal repeated cleanings the stain eventually went away all together, now I can't see the stain at all. Del Val has given me excellent service, not just in the results of my carpet but professional as well. I feel this company cares about the way I am treated as well as my carpet, there is no one else I would recommend. I have also recommended Del Val service to several of my close friends and all have been very pleased with his service also, and continue to utilize Del Val Carpet.

Joe Stark is a man of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. When you make an appointment with Joe, he mails you a "before I arrive" letter about a week or two in advance. He then calls you the night before to confirm the appointment, and explains that he will call you in the morning - at a specific time - with a MORE accurate arrival time (and he's always right!). He has ALWAYS been reliable and prompt. He does all the work himself, and has such a system to his work that it is really amazing. He is careful to put down protection on any surfaces to protect your home. He willingly moves any large furniture that is necessary (although I try to have all the small stuff up off the floor, which makes his job easier), and always puts things back the way he found them. After he cleans, he rakes the carpets, and makes sure he did a thorough job. PLUS, he leaves the house smelling citrus-y!! So nice! Occasionally I have left him a key to my home, and NEVER worried. He always does impeccable work! It is somewhat unusual anymore to find a service company with this level of ethics and attention to detail. I have been singing the praises of Joe Stark's Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning for several years now to my friends and coworkers, and am glad to finally have an avenue through which to HIGHLY recommend his services.

Promptly answered my call, scheduled within days and did a fantastic job. I was a little nervous this being my first time having my Karastan carpets cleaned. I have a bassett hound and was concerned about the use of chemicals on the carpet, Joe assured me there was no need to worry the products are safe for people and pets - all organic!!!

The owner, Joe Stark, was friendly and professional, and he does all the cleaning. Flexible scheduling was a plus. Courtesy call for time of arrival for job was appreciated, and the window time of arrival was small, so I didn't feel my time was wasted. Upon arrival, he checked the areas to be cleaned one more time, then promptly began the job. He thoroughly cleaned and disinfected all high traffic areas (especially in the family room where our dog is most of the time). I was surprised how quickly and efficiently the job was done. I liked how he put towels under his equipment so that it would not sit directly on the floor. Downstairs we had the family room, living room and dining room cleaned. The steps going up to the second floor, and 3 bedrooms and hallway cleaned. We did not have him move any of the furniture, and he was very careful when cleaning around it. Joe uses an organic cleaner which smells wonderful, but not overwhelming, just fresh, and is perfectly safe for pets, which was important to us. Also, I liked how the carpets were completely dry in a very short period of time. Joe also offers a spot cleaner which is the best! I've tried other spot cleaners, but they don't come close to his. Overall I believe everything from start to finish using Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning was fantastic! I will definitely use Joe's services again, and refer him to others.
