"I am sorry. I never received your message."
"Thank you for your review! It was a pleasure to work for you."
"Dear Customer, We are sorry that it was not clear to you that there would be added permit costs. Each township has their own rules, regulations and fees for water heater replacement. We cannot give a blanket price for fees required by each specific township. Some townships require a chimney certification on gas water heaters and some do not. The price for chimney certifications vary depending on the company that you contract. Township permit fees also vary drastically. We are sorry that that was not made clear to you prior to installation of your water heater. Regards, Robert Walker Plumbing & Heating, Inc."
"I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our services. Your account of our interaction is incorrect. There was a communication problem between you and our office. You were not home when our technician arrived. A message was left with your parent. Phone calls to you were not returned. You did not have to pay anything for our services. We provide free estimates."
