They even charge outrageously for the estimates. And tried so hard to replace the whole machine even it's not mandatory. I wouldn't use this company in the future.

I have an old ac, I called air group to do a regular maintenance so to make sure if it is working well, after the technician left, we noticed the house got warmer every day until one day it started blowing hot air, I went into the attic to check what is going on, which I noticed the air handler side door was open and there was duct tape stuck in the AC, I already take photos and videos. This is very unprofessional, I paid to maintain a working ac and I ended up in the attic with the AC to cleanup the tape and close the airhandler side.

They discovered that there was a leak on the radiator valve & it was leaking hot steam in the room; The repair was great, they were able to fix the leakage. They might install a boiler for me in the springtime, I actually a service contract with them.

They met my needs in a rushed situation. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I would hire them to do regular maintenance. I had a unique situation and they came up with a solution and got the work done and approved through my HOA. They got the permits and everything very quickly. So, it all happened in just a span of a couple days; getting a whole new HVAC system.

The technician from Air Group was responsive and punctual, but it was readily apparent from the beginning of the process that he was an "up-seller," using terminology when looking at our home such as "this is a big job," "this is very complicated," and "I'm not going to lie to you, but . . ." When the estimate came back, my jaw dropped. Air Group came in a about $41,000 for their "lesser" system and $46,000 for their "better" system -- the lesser system being 2.5 times higher than the next highest bidder. Needless to say, we did not go with them. Rather, we selected an extraordinarily professional person who came in at far less than Air Group, provided the same quality service and system, with a 2-year guarantee.

There are always many factors, as well as options, to be considered in a unique, older home such as yours -- what type of system was installed -- one system or multiple, ductless or ducted, as we know there was limited space available. We also recommended that an electrical upgrade be done, we do hope that was completed for safety reasons. The system is wonderful. My only issue is that they installed the air conditioner in front of a water drain. When we pointed that out they did return and redirect the water drain so it didn't drain water directly onto the air conditioner.

Airgroup was amazing from the first phone call to set up an appointment for a quote to the follow up after the install. John-Paul was our representative and he arrived on time, was professional, and gave us an extremely comprehensive quote. We got quotes from 2 other companies that were in a similar price range. We moved forward with Airgroup because they were by far the most detailed and well thought-out. On the day of the install, John-Paul came promptly at 7:30 AM with the large crew to get everything started. The crew worked all day and were extremely neat and courteous. They did not leave until they had tested everything several times and made sure it worked properly. Then, the crew leader gave us an extensive overview of how everything worked and answered all of our questions. They left around 5:30 or 6PM. A week later, John-Paul checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything. He even took the time to answer a few more questions I had. I'm so impressed! I intend to use Airgroup again and recommend them to others as well.
