Our air conditioning technician last night, Sammy from Air 1 was excellent! Top Notch! From the answering service person, to the timely phone call back to us, to Sammy's excellent diagnosis and repair, we rate Air 1 as a 10. We will absolutely use Air 1again and use your service again as well. Both were spot on. Thank you.

Nice company. Kept good contact with me as the customer. I thought the estimate for the actual work was fair, but to do the entire replacement job was very high. I know my ductwork needs to be updated since it was installed 20+ yrs ago, but it is not an extensive system and shouldn't be an enormous job to do even though the quoted price said it was.

He was fair, prompt, and honest. He told me it wasn't worth repairing my a/c.

Price of freon over $50.00 a lbs. That is outrageous.

One of the best service providers I got from Service Magic. Highly recommend. Greg came in the morning to check on the units. And, I thought I had an issue ( being a picky customer ), and he stopped by again after hours ( with no charge ). This is a big personal commitment, and I really appreciate it.

Air 1 is a fantastic company. Service was terrific. They called back immediately and had a service tech at the house the very next day. Fair price and great service. Greg was terrific. Would definitely recommend them.

Not sure if all the contractors are alike or I was just unlucky...The service personnel asked me to change the filter and said he had one...a really poor quality one that he wanted to see for $35...In addition, he added freon and I thought he would atleast weigh it before me before and after he added it to take the guessing game out as to how much he pushed in..he said he pushed in 4 pounds and I just had to take his word for it...Overall my AC seems to be working better but not sure if I had to shell out $300 overall for it??

The entire staff at Air 1 HVAC were extremely helpful and professional in all aspects of the service they provided to me. I highly recommend A1 HVAC for any heating and cooling problems you may have.

The technician was very good and communicated with me to get the approval for the work to be done. The temperature however was not reaching as per the thermostat setting. He came back next day as soon as I contacted him and made some adjustments to the boiler furnace. It is working much better but we might still have some issues. Called the company at 4:00am. Person on night duty called me back within 10 minutes. Gave me a arrival time of 45 minutes to an hour. Arrived in 45 minutes at 5:00am. Fixed the problem and went away. Service charge $125. I believe this is a charge for emergency service. Charge for replacing thermocouple : $147.50 The charge for replacing thermocouple if very reasonable. I can live with the service charge for an emergency situation.

They called, guy was ready for me early. Was in and out quickly, but I did not feel he missed anything from the project description they sent me. He also took the time to show me the things that he felt were going to go first and what to will happen for when they do. Overall, very impressed with the service.
