Description of Work: Installed complete air conditioning system during a renovation including ductwork, air handler and compressor

Description of Work: Air1 installed a water heater, furnace, and A/C unit. in other words complete HVAC system.The crew was professional and friendly. If you have any questions they are more than willing to answer. In fact they encouraged me to ask if I had any concerns. Cathy, from the office was very helpful too. I had an issue with the gas company to install the meter and was told several times I need an appliance hooked up first, so I called Cathy to see if the crew could come a week early to install the water heater. They worked with my schedule and was able to do so. I have utilized many, many, many contractors and I must say Air 1 was great. I didn't feel like I had to worry about every little thing they did. Everything installed looks pleasing to they eye and everything is working great.

Description of Work: Our central A/C unit was not functioning properly - cold air was not blowing. The repair person arrived on time, was very respectful, wore plastic covers on his shoes. He checked the outside unit and inside unit, before diagnosing the issue as a clogged filter causing the fan to freeze up. He also suggested our coolant was running a little low. He topped up the coolant for about $80, plus the next-day service call cost of $125 + tax. A/C unit now runs better then it did before it broke down. So was very happy with the service.

Description of Work: Originally, I called Air Group to help me with what appeared to be an A/C unit that was not performing at its peak performance. You can read my review of Air Group on their page. Long story - made short, Air Group is a horrible company. I selected Air 1 from Angie's list, because my A/C unit was still not working properly. My original call was answered immediately, the tech was at my house promptly and was extremely professional. Ultimately, we had to replace our a/c condenser. Everyone at Air 1 could not be more informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I believe that this is a very honest and professional group of people.
